Located in the wonderful & convenient-to-everywhere shopping/restaurant enclave of Bown Crossing, this lovely home is just steps from the Boise River Greenbelt and boasts a Private Hot Tub. Next to 5 excellent restaurants: Locavore, Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzaria, The Tavern at Bown, Boise Fry Co., and BierThirty. Oh, and Cravin's Candy Emporium and Gelato too!

The Space:
Entire single level "Casita", the home was built in 2005 and has been ours since 2013 and we love it. We know you will too. The wildlife out the windows and relaxing soaks in the Hot Tub will make you never want to leave. Make this your Boise home for any stops when staying or traveling through.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive use of the house. A bedroom and the garage are locked out but the home including all living space and outdoor living space with two comfortable bedrooms and a full bath will be for you all to yourself.

Driveway parking for two cars. Street parking allowed on the near side. If a white Honda Pilot is in the driveway, that is our second car. please feel free to park next to it

The Neighborhood:
You will LOVE Bown Crossing with its shops, businesses and restaurants. St Al's has a walk-in Urgent and Primary Care Clinic. The City is constructing a beautiful Branch Library that will have 2 story glass windows looking out toward Lucky Peak (a nice half-day hike by the way!)

The key feature here is the Boise River Greenbelt at the end of our block. Our side of the river is pedestrian only walking trails for a little over a mile each way, up into Barber Park to the East and into ParkCenter business center to the West. Beyond that and on the opposite side of the river over the ParkCenter Bridge, the greenbelt welcomes bicycles. The Ridge to River trails are plentiful in the Foothills for hiking and mountain biking. Eastside Cycles here in Bown rents bikes for mountain trails or for greenbelt cruising.

Getting Around:
Driveway and street parking for drivers. UBER is now solidly in Boise for extra rides. Bus Route 18 stop on nearby Parkcenter Blvd to downtown.

Biking the greenbelt is a real option for getting anywhere along the Boise River, including BSU, Downtown Boise, out to Idaho Shakespeare Festival or Lucky Peak Reservoir. In fact everything along the river from Lucky Peak to Eagle is reachable without crossing streets by way of the Greenbelt. If you don't bring your own bike you can walk across the street and rent one from Eastside Cycles! ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
