The place was perfect and had everything we needed! Loved spending time on the balcony, overlooking the ocean, with plenty of room for my family to chat over coffee or to end cap our day. With close proximity to the Airforce base, so that we could visit with our girl, to a short drive to all the amenities…it was perfect!

This property was fabulous!!! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and supplied with anything we might need! The two balconies with the views of the ocean were amazing to wake up to every day and hang out on at night! The amenities were great and kept exceptionally clean in the entire complex. The owners are super helpful and made our stay wonderful! Definitely will stay again if in the area and highly recommend this condo to others!

Property was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. It had everything we needed and the balcony and views were amazing. Our only issue was a delay in checking in, which I had emailed about ahead of time because we knew we would be arriving late in the evening. That took longer than expected, but we were glad to see security was doing a good job making sure who was coming into the buildings.

Great place to stay!

The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. There was ample space for our entire family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

The sunset views were fabulous. Beach was convenient. Noise from trains and traffic was more than we expected.

We are grateful for your input and that you enjoyed the location, balconies, and views.- Because US 90 is a national highway and runs along the entire gulf, sitting along so many residents, this is a low-noise zone from 10 PM to 8 AM. Noisy vehicles should be reported to the authorities.- The train tracks sit about 6–7 blocks north and run along the same path. While the insulation and distance buffer somewhat, for light sleepers, we have provided floor fans to help with any unexpected noises inside and outside the unit.Thank you again for choosing our condo, and thank you for bringing these things to our attention."

Gulfport Legacy Towers Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was beautiful, the master bath was not available due to renovations, but because there were two other bathrooms we didn’t even miss it. The property was also beautiful, the location perfect for our needs. It was everything we had hoped for and more, we would love to stay here again.

Enjoying the Gulf Coast

We truly enjoyed our stay. Condo location was so convenient to all the attractions-Waterpark, go-karts and bowling were our choices. Kids loved just hanging out at the pool. Restaurants in the area were abundant and good. Food at the various entertainment venues was also of good quality.

Gulfport Vacation

Besides one small hiccup with the door code of the condo everything was great from start to finish the beachfront condo was beautiful the host had everything we needed for our stay we felt so at home there my family is already planning a trip back in the summer months to enjoy the beach more.

Great Time

We had a little trouble getting in the first night, but after that things worked well. The location is so close to the beach. The pool was great. Lots of space in the unit.

The room was amazing overall, with a few exceptions that kept this from being a five-star stay. When we arrived, the security guard told us we were the third guests that day who were not on the reservation list, so we had to wait while he verified our reservation. Later, my sisters and I left to get food, and when we returned, we were locked out. Thankfully, the guard let us in.I contacted the host the next day and learned that the property codes had been sent by text, which I had not seen. An email in advance with all check-in information would have been much more helpful, especially details about when the doors lock and that the room and amenity codes are different.There were also a few maintenance concerns. Both beds in the second guest room were off their frames, and my sister almost fell when she sat down. The balcony pillows were also mildewed, likely from exposure to the beachside elements.The property itself was beautiful. A little more attention to communication, pre-arrival instructions, and property inspections would easily make this a five-star stay, especially considering the amount guests are paying.

We're glad you found the room beautiful and enjoyed your stay overall. Evolve sends the unit door code by email and text one week before check-in to the contact info on the reservation. We're sorry it was missed and led to the lockout confusion. We've notified housekeeping about the beds so they're properly secured on their frames at every turnover, and the balcony furniture with cushions is being replaced with new Adirondack loungers, chairs, and side tables. Thank you for letting us know about these issues.

Great place

We have stayed at several vacation properties and this place is the best one so far. Very clean, spacious and up to date. They also provide the small things like coffee, creamer, towel, soap and shampoo. This makes packing much easier.
