• On-Site Parking: Available for $20.00 per night, including EV charging stations for electric vehicles, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.

Garbage Collection:

• Collection occurs Monday to Thursday at 8:00 PM. Please note that there is no collection on Fridays and Saturdays.

• Each unit may place out two garbage bags and three broken cardboard boxes for collection; anything beyond that will need to be disposed of by the resident.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

Parking:

• 1 designated parking spot per reservation. Additional parking must be arranged off-site.

• Display your parking permit at all times to avoid towing.

• Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.

To ensure a smooth start to your stay, the apartment will be stocked with essential supplies for your comfort on the first day. While we strive to provide a pleasant experience, please note that washcloths are not included in the amenities.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or generating loud noise that may disturb the neighbors. Violating this policy could result in fines from the building management. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!
