We apologize that we did not have adequate baking dishes, and that there were room lighting issues as well as too much noise to make your stay a pleasant one. However we do thank you for these comments. We are always looking for ways to improve the services for our guests and based on these comments we plan to purchase more dishes for cooking and baking. We will also look for ways to improve the room lighting in the daytime, but we have to be careful as to what we can do to our window coverings based on the condo covenant rules for our building. In regards to the noise we understand this concern however the timing of this vacation happened to coinside with the construction of a new gourmet grocery store on the first floor of the building which is scheduled to be completed soon. However, we appreciate this comment and plan to notify future guests when construction is taking place which will improve our overall services to our guests. We have made it our mission to meet any and all customer issues and concerns, which includes contacting us at anytime day or night so that we can hopefully resolve any and all issues. In addition we will go the extra mile to furnish any additional items needed which will improve the vacation experience of our guests. Hopefully, we did address any and all handicapped wheelchair assessable concerns as none were noted in the comments above. Finally, again we welcome all comments because this lets us know how we can improve our services so that our future guests can fully enjoy their vacation experience in our condo.
