SENSATIONNEL !!! Beau !!! Récemment rénové, tout neuf. Cette 4ème étage villa en bord de mer dispose d'une chambre séparée avec un lit king size, une cuisine complète avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable, en bord de mer combiné salon et salle à manger. Belle coutume walk-in douche carrelée. lit supplémentaire pour ce condo comprend un lit queen canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a un balcon situé en bord de mer directement sur le salon qui offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan. Vous trouverez Dunes Ocean situés �� l'extrémité sud de l'île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes est une propriété en bord de mer qui est situé à environ 70 yards de l'océan. Chaque unité à Ocean Dunes dispose d'un service Internet sans fil et l'accès à la piscine et pique-nique en bord de mer "Nouveau". Nos invités Ocean Dunes ont également accès au centre de remise en forme du Player's Club, qui dispose d'un centre d'entraînement complet et d'une piscine intérieure chauffée. Les clients bénéficient d'un accès au bar Oceanside du Hilton, ainsi qu'au grill et au Starbucks.

This room was the nice and by far exceeded my past stays at any of the property locations. The room was amazing and still smelled of fresh paint. The design and decor were modern and very comfortable. My favorite part was having 2 ottomans to prop our feet on. We would definitely request this room AGAIN!!!Stephanie helped me find this awesome room for our vacation so many thanks to her because this was a last minute trip!!!

Great stay but needs a few things

The place is very clean but you need to get all the tvs worked on. The bedroom tv we couldn’t even get a signal. And the directions for the tv were for a different cable provider. Awful. The tv in the living area we couldn’t ever get live tv. You need to work on that. It would also help if you had things as simple as salt and pepper. Otherwise the view is one of the best. And the place was very clean. The sofa was not the best but good enough for the beach. We had to leave a day early because of a family emergency so that was a bit disappointing too.

Check in was easy and close to condo. Unit was clean and furnished as shown in pictures, king bed was very comfortable. View was fantastic and furniture on deck was very comfortable. Getting access to pool and beach was easy. Unit was perfect size for a couple, but would be tight for a family. If you plan on cooking you will need everything, down to salt and pepper. Kleenex and handsoap were not provided, nor were beach towels. Just making note for your packing and shopping consideration! Would highly recommend spending time in Beaufort, it's an hour drive and so much history. Take the guided bus tour, it was awesome. March was perfect for us, not too busy with spring break, building was quiet, but weather was up and down, as to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic ocean view but furniture in #420 was sparse, worn, and in need of cleaning. The king bed was particularly bad and incredibly difficult to sleep on. The lumpy and uneven mattress should have been replaced years ago. Kitchen area was clean and well equipped.

Not super fancy, but had pretty much everything we needed. The view was spectacular, and our most favorite thing about this condo! Overlooking the beautiful grounds with pool and ocean in view! The least favorite thing was the indoor furniture. I get why owners don’t want really good furniture in their rentals, but with us being 60yrs old, we want to be comfortable sitting in the condo and watching TV in the evenings...esp with the time change and it getting darker earlier. The couch is a sleeper sofa and most sleeper sofas are not very comfortable to sit on. Almost all condos have them, tho! The other 2 chairs are wicker and also not very comfortable! Recliners would be soooo much better! It said bed new in 2022, but it is like a memory foam mattress and we sank down in which made it a work out to turn over! We are used to sleep number bed, so this was hard to get used to lolThe balcony furniture was lovely!! We spent a lot of time out there during day hours. The condo was clean except for in corners and behind things. I pulled out the bedside table to plug in my phone and lots of dust and hair behind there! We did figure out to operate the living room TV, but never could figure out how to watch live TV on the bedroom TV. That was somewhat frustrating. We could watch apps, but that’s it. Overall, we loved the condo and location! We brought our own bikes and spent most days rising the trails and rising on the beach!

Some mornings it started at about 5:30am. Is there not a noise ordinance on Hilton Head? Very disappointed and will not stay at this property again. Stayed at Beach Villas the week before and had a wonderful time. Will continue to return there.
