Ocean Dunes 311 est une bien rénovée d'une chambre, 1 salle de bain villa en bord de mer qui dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, salon salle à manger et une chambre sépar��e avec un lit queen size ainsi qu'un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Le balcon de la salle de séjour offre une vue directe sur l'océan ainsi qu'une belle vue sur la magnifique piscine en bord de mer. Chaque villa à Ocean Dunes offre un service Internet sans fil.

L'Ocean Dunes Complex est une propriété en bord de mer à environ 70 mètres de la plage de South Forest Beach Drive et à quelques minutes à pied de Coligny Plaza qui a de nombreux magasins et restaurants merveilleux!

Room and view was as pictured. Overall place was clean and as described. Included all the basics that you would need for a short stay. I picked this villa mainly for the view and I wanted something bigger than the average hotel room with a kitchen and separate sleeping space for my teenage son. It definitely seemed to be updated compared to the outdated building.Room does have a “musty” smell as stated by another reviewer. The entire building has this smell. I guess we got used to it or maybe because we had the patio door opened most of the time as we did not require air conditioning due to the cool weather. It is close to Sea Pines and walking distance to Coligny. We walked along the beach vs main roads to get to Coligny. There is also a bike rental across the street. You need bikes! I like that it was far enough from Coligny where you didn’t have big crowds or hear loud music. Host was very responsive and quick with answering questions. Place is very well lit at night as I felt safe walking around and there was parking close to room. I would recommend if you go knowing there will be a musty smell. Recommend for small family with young children under 10 because the pull out couch is very thin and uncomfortable. My son and I took turns on the comfortable bed. Washer and dryer is outside room 311 which is convenient. Pool was clean. Lounge chairs are outdated. Ocean Oak next door has the bigger pool if that’s what you’re looking for. Easy access to beach.

Thank you for the nice review. I'm sorry you encountered a musty smell. The whole unit was just painted inside and all carpeting on the walkways was also just replaced. As soon as the current guests leave, we will go investigate. Thank you for letting us know. We hope you will return again.

Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes Villa 311 was an awesome location and we had an amazing ocean front view! The beach was just gorgeous! Rented beach chairs and an umbrella. The lifeguards were so friendly and efficient! Overall we truly enjoyed our vacation! It was very close to Coligny with wonderful shops and restaurants!The bed was super comfortable! The shower has recently been updated and is very nice! The kitchen is small but has everything you need in there and is laid out very well, the space is maximized! Only two suggestions: first the villa needs a little TLC. The balcony furniture is unraveling it needs to be replaced. The living room furniture is uncomfortable, pillows/cushions are flat and also needs to be replaced. Planter for decoration in living room should just be discarded very old and outdated. Second suggestion is to put in more hooks and shelves the space is small but could be maximized so much better with just a few inexpensive storage options. We just felt like we had to live out of our suitcases because the space is just not user friendly.Only one complaint with Vacation Time Rental overall they were very helpful but upon checkout I called to let them know that our unit had not been sprayed for pests since 1/28/22 and was on a two month schedule and was overdue. I did not want them to spray while I was there but felt it should be done before the unit was rented again because we did have to deal with bugs. I did not feel the person I spoke to was receptive to my concern.We will return to Hilton Head Island hopeful next Spring. And I would consider staying at this location again!

Great views!

The property was exactly as advertised. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Views from the balcony were great for watching the ocean waves and beach while enjoying a beer or wine. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops.

Older property, but well kept. Great beach area, nice pool. Could have used a few more bowls, needs new cooking pans, really just minor things. Over all it was fine.
