With direct access to hiking trails right from your doorstep and just a short walk to Carroll Canyon Trailhead, this home is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and biking groups alike. This was a great location in W. Sedona. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and even the local movie theater. Most importantly for us, we were within a 15 minute drive to all the epic hikes nearby--we did seven of them.

First time to Sedona. Good location in terms of being close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Mentioned in other post recycling next to location so a bit of noise there, but not bad.

Nice apartment

No views as this was an industrial area. Short drive to most things. Apartment had everything we needed.

The unit was very clean, and the washer and dryer were a plus. The complex is located close to the main road, making it easy to get around. However, the picture of the unit is very misleading. It looks directly into a recycling facility, and it is on the second floor with 18 steps to drag your suitcase up. You hear the recycling center continually. There is no place to put your clothes. There is plenty of room for a dresser, but they choose to give you a nightstand, two suitcase stands, and a 2 x 2 closet. We used the ironing board as a place to put clothes as well as the dryer and the desk in the living/kitchen area. The washcloths were so rough that we used paper towels as hand towels. Good luck with streaming TV. As for the kitchen, you need to be 6ft tall to see the cookware and silverware. I have never seen anything like it. There are no drawers below the countertop.The shower is amazing, beautifully tiled however, there is nothing provided for toiletries. This unit was very difficult to function in, but we made the best out of a bad situation and had a great visit in Sedona.

If you’re looking for tranquility, this is not the place. The listing fails to acknowledge the Construction site and recycling facility next door. The managing company, Sedona.org is difficult to deal with. I was given a 50 credit for the noise. The views are NOT stunning from suite D. The location is good. Less crowded than uptown Sedona. Everything was clean except cooking utensils.The best advice I can offer, is make 100% certain you want to stay at this VRBO before booking. You have to sign a lengthy rental agreement, and the cancellation policy does not exist without paying additional fees. There are more rules than accommodations, and there isn’t a host after hours.

Amazing!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick trip for his birthday. It was perfect! The location, the layout, the cleanliness… everything! It was in a neighborhood close to everything we needed or wanted. The bonus was a trail located right at the property. The staff was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some. I would give it 20 out of 20 stars!

Well managed property with friendly prompt service not a great location

I planned a return trip to Sedona with my husband after a fantastic visit with my business group. The most important thing to me was a cozy place with great views. The pictures of the property were misleading to me. It looked like there was a private patio and that there were great views of the red rocks. The place was very clean to be sure and the service was prompt and friendly. But I would not rent again. The location is in a somewhat commercial area next to a recycling location so lots of noise and not a neighborhood feel at all. And the apartment felt very sterile and not like a home which is why we choose VRBO. For the price, if you don't care about those things, the company is great to work with and the place is clean and new.

anniversary hiking adventure

The suite is brand new and beautifully done. Every amenity is in place including a red rock hiking pass.. thank you owners! The space was perfectly organized and arranged for maximum convenience and comfort. We did have an issue with tv connection but i am 100% confident, that if it mattered to us, the property manager would have been over in a minute. They were so nice before and after our stay. Everything i would rate a 10 plus. The reason i gave less to location is because some people might not like that it was located close to industrial sites. But for us, again it was perfect. We were up and on trails at 7:30 and it could not have been better for that. I would call it a hiker/biker dream location. It also has a beautiful trail system right out your back door! We will definitely stay here for our next trip!
