Enjoy this newly renovated 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom loft located in the heart of Lawrence County Tennessee.
Whether you are visiting our local State Park, the Amish, or family, you are sure to love your stay!
The loft is cozy and welcoming and includes all the amenities, just like home. The kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking and baking utensils, pans, and small appliances. Plus the washer and dryer is great for those wishing to have a longer stay. Black out curtains in the bedrooms are always loved by our guests... are so are the super soft sheets. In addition, there is a coffee house right across the street that you are sure to love!

This was my 4th or 5th time staying at The LawCo Loft. The apartment is beautiful and in a very convenient location which is why I keep staying here! Everything that you need for your stay is here. Mara and her husband are wonderful hosts and respond very promptly. Absolutely love staying here!!!!

Wonderfully accommodating! The New & modern decor is very inviting. The car port for parking your vehicle is near the steps leading to the loft. Love the coffee shop right across the street too.

Great Place to Stay While Visiting Family

The property was super clean, and easy to get to. Very convenient to the downtown area and also the main business area. We stayed while visiting family, and it was perfect. We will definitely stay again!

Absolutely ADORABLE!!

The place was clean the kitchen fully stocked including seasonings. There were only two wine glasses but that’s all we needed. I appreciated the laundry essentials. Our host was very responsive when we asked to check in 2 hours early. We recommended this to all our family

A time for healing

We hadn't been together as a family for 5 years, since a tragedy. This stunning, sweet space provided complete peace and calm that we all needed. The ambience and decor was calming and exactly what we all needed .

Loft

When I arrived at the loft, I had no idea that it was located on top of a doctors office. It was the weekend and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again and again. Great host and great town with friendly people. Amish town was a treat because we stocked up on fresh goods to take home.

Perfect apartment

Beautiful apartment! We originally rented back in November for my daughter's wedding and loved it so much that I booked it again to visit my daughter and grandson that was on spring break in March. The apartment was perfect for all our needs! Very clean and convenient to all our needs! Mara is a wonderful host who is very quick with responses to any questions I would have. Thanks so much, Mara, and I'll be sure to book this again!

Beautiful, large and convenient. Plenty big enough for my dad and I. Covered parking for unloading. Modern decor, full-sized kitchen. The full-sized washer and dryer were wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and bedrooms, private. We loved it! Stayed just over a week and had no problems. Very centrally located in Lawrenceburg. Dad was born and raised here in 1942, so we came to connect with his roots and this was a wonderful choice for our stay! We could hear the people downstairs, but it wasn’t a problem since it’s an office and we were rarely there during office hours. We plan to stay here on our return visit. Highly recommended.

Beautiful "Home Away From Home"

Rented apartment because my daughter was getting married near Lawrenceburg and it did not disappoint! My better half had to work from the apartment so this was the perfect place. Although I didn't spend much time there because I was helping get the venue ready for the wedding, when I was there, it was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. My grandson even spent a few nights with us and he loved it! A great big thanks to Mara for being a wonderful host and for her quick responses to every question I had! Will definitely be staying here again!!!

Clean, affordable and private

I was worried about the "loft" aspect and was even more concerned to learn there's a busy medical office below the apartment. However, I stayed a week with a co-worker and the place was perfect. We hardly noticed folks below, and we were working days so I suspect they didn't really notice us either. Just close enough to town to get a quick bite, but otherwise a quiet neighborhood. I was able to leave all my tools in the truck in the well lit parking lot, no worries. I will book again for sure! Thanks for a clean, safe place to stay for half the price of the best hotel in town.
