Great Place & Excellent Location!

This was the perfect place for our quick trip to Detroit for a concert at Little Ceasars Arena. We loved the location and our host, Sam, did a great job communicating with us every step of the way. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing from start to finish

Fantastic!

This was the perfect location. Right across the street from little ceasars arena. The house was exactly as pictured. Our host was extremely kind. The little extras were such a nice touch. We will definitely book again when coming to the area. Five star for sure!

The property was perfect right across the Street from Little Ceasars Arena and 3 blocks to the Fox Theater. Plenty of amenities in the unit and the owner has stocked the kitchen with water and snacks. Great property

This place is top notch. The owners are easy to communicate with, and the little extra touches did not go unnoticed. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. Friends night out for Lions game

This property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. The living room window overlooked Woodward and LCA. We were a few blocks from Comerica/Ford Field and all of the restaurants and bars. The unit was spacious and clean. the owner provided snacks, waters and lots of little extras to make the stay comfortable. Parking on site was easy and plentiful. The owner was a great communicator. Quick to reply to messages and provided timely information for our arrival. We will definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

We stayed for a concert at the Little Caesars Arena and the location couldn't be more perfect. The property was easy to find and easy to get into. It was very safe and clean. We easily felt right at home and it had everything we could have needed and much more. They did a great job with the decor, it was very comfortable and had a ton of space. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Thanks to the hosts!

First time

I was amazed at how convenient it was and how close it was to the little Caesar arena. The amenities were outstanding I wish we could’ve stayed longer I was so relaxed and everyone had their own space. I absolutely loved everything about this place. It was so clean. Great concert night stay

Sam’s place was perfect! We went to a concert at the Masonic Temple. We walked to dinner at a nearby restaurant, walked to the concert, and walked home at midnight. It’s directly across the street from Little Caesars Arena, and just a little further from other venues. The house was large, very clean, and very safe. Parking was easy. Sam had many extras and great communication. We will absolutely try to book this place next time we’re down for a show or game.

Great location to downtown

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean, well stocked with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Close to walk to downtown venues. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Detroit in the future. Bonus garage space available too. Hosts were very responsive.

Amazing Townhouse Close to Concert Venue

We came to Detroit to see a concert at the LCA and this townhouse is directly across the street from the venue. Super easy walk to dinner at several nearby restaurants and to the concert and back in a cute neighborhood. The townhouse was very clean and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. One of the best VRBO accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend and would stay again if visiting for another concert in the future.

We loved this property

The check in process was easy. I could park my vehicle safely in the garage. The property was very clean. Anything we forgot (Like a tooth brush) was there for us to use. The bed was so comfortable, I could have slept all day. Definitely saving this property for future stays and referrals

Brush Park is a historic neighborhood that is undergoing a remarkable resurgence. Described as "Little Paris" based on the architecture and wealth it once encompassed, it's proximity to all the major arenas, shopping districts and downtown makes it an ideal place to stay when visiting Detroit. This neighborhood is also exceptionally safe especially this townhouse being on Woodward avenue which bisects downtown Detroit a few hundred yards down the road.

With 1800 sqft of lofty and bright living space split over 3 levels, this place is ideal for small or large groups alike. High vaulted ceilings, hot tub, a balcony and a 2 car attached garage makes it very unique due to it's proximity to downtown. You will not be disappointed.
