Great location and lots of space

The place was amazing - tons of space and great location!! Everything was provided and top of the line, beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we are in Detroit. The garage was a really tight fit, but we did get our extended navigator in.

Beautiful property!

My family of 4 stayed for a long weekend. The property was clean, beautifully decorated with plenty of space. We will be staying here again. I highly recommend!

We stayed here to go to a Piston's game and a Red Wings game. This place was wonderful to stay at. It was just a short walk to the arena. It was very clean and high end furnishings. The complimentary espresso machine and the living plants are a nice touch! We will stay there again.

Amazing Mansion in the heart of Detroit

This property was truly amazing. It was very spacious and has amazing views of the city. We went to a Red Wings game it was a 5 minute walk. Great bars and restaurants very close by! Highly recommend!

Perfectly located

I arrived in town for a Lions game with my nephew. The property was NOT a disappointment! It was just as presented on line and more. The location was the icing on top. Close to all the all the stadiums and an easy walk. The property was clean and well stocked for all of our needs. I will rebook again when I come back to town!

Great location and great service

This flat is well located, walking distance to the major sports arena’s and games and to the newer restaurant area. The place is renovated and comfortable with a living room and kitchen. Much better than a hotel.

Beautifully re-done mansion with everything you need for a great stay. Walking distance to Little Caesars Arena, Ford Field, Comerica Park and everything downtown has to offer. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Best Trip Ever, and the House was great too...

We were in town for the Lions playoff Victory, first in 32 years so the icing on that cake was the house/apartment. It was perfect!! All the amenities you could ask for!! Great location to the stadium and other places to eat, we will definitely be back! Great stay just like the images...

Amazing Location and amenities!!

The Condo was immaculate!. It was a perfect location to walk to all of the arenas. I felt very safe in the area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. I especially loved the Cappuccino maker! Can't wait to book our next visit.

Throwback Weekend in Detroit

We traveled to Detroit to see the Black Crowes show at the Fillmore and spend a weekend together with family. Our stay at the Lumber Baron's Mansion was phenomenal. The location is excellent for any/all downtown activities and there's plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Our host was extremely responsive and provided very clear communication. The interior was beautiful and well equipped. Highly recommended, will stay here again!

Overnight in Detroit

Really cool building, super clean and was in walking distance of the stadiums. Will definitely come back in the future. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great to see what is happening in downtown Detroit!

Awesome Girls Get-away

The mansion was gorgeous, clean and secure. We walked to several museums and restaurants and felt safe. The unit also had great coffee, games, cards and large screen TVs. Everything we needed for a fun time.

Awesome place Great location

This place is great. The location is amazing for sporting events or concerts in Detroit. My wife loved the decor, and we all loved the view of the city from the living room. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The espresso machine made excellent coffee.

Great location, Great Neighborhood, Great Property

My wife and young boys stayed at the Lumber Barons Townhouse for the New Year's weekend, and it did NOT disappoint! The location was a half a block from Little Caesar's Arena. The photos do not due the property justice...it is much more impressive. 2.5 baths, washer/dryer, 4 flat screen TVs, Viking appliances and LIVE plants. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for us as we were going to a sports game so it was walkable. The neighborhood was nice with coffee and other amenities close by. The condo was so comfortable and also beautiful. It worked so well for our family and we enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend this stay and we would definitely go back again!

Perfection!

This place is absolutely beautiful! We came in town for the Queen Concert at Little Caesars Arena and what a PERFECT location to be in. A super easy walk to the venue and restaurants. The accommodations where 1st class. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with Viking appliances and the place is spotless! I only wish we stayed longer! Next time! Thank you so much for sharing you place with us! It was absolutely perfect.
