Everything was great! The place was very clean. The host replied quickly to my questions. This is a great place to stay with a family. The location to the beach and the park was perfect! I will definitely be booking again next year for our annual family beach trip

Clean roomy beach spot with everything we needed for a family stay. Loved the beach wagon with chairs and toys, as well as the pack and play and high chair. Renters should be aware to bring your own sheets/linens.

Very clean house roomy and love the top & bottom deck. The only thing we didn't like was the tvs in the rooms had no service Couldn't watch it. Only TV In the Living room was watchable. Other than that great stay and this is our 2nd time staying here!

This property was great!! Very clean upon arrival. The listing is very accurate with photos and descriptions. The walk to the beach was very convenient as well from this location. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it very much. Close proximity to the pool and had everything we needed. Even a really nice pack-n-play that they use for their grandkids. I met the owner and his dog on our trip and he was super friendly! We will book again next year!

It was great every thing you needed was there. Just didn’t know to bring my own towels and wash cloth. Not being hard but the TV in master bedroom didn’t have internet. But overall I would stay again.

Summer Vacation with Friends

We all enjoyed our stay. We loved location close to nearby stores and shops. Place was very clean. Enjoyed the pool there and short walking distance to the beach. Will definitely go back.

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Love the larger size deck. Beach, pool, grocery store and everything we desired was within walking distance. ☺️

Great Place and Responsive!

We had a great time. This was the perfect spot to stay with my family for an extended weekend. Also the host was very responsive when we ran into trouble getting the AC unit to work when we checked in. They communicated quickly and rectified the situation to create a cool and peaceful stay. Thank you!

Accommodating Spot

This place was so cute and convenient. We loved having a pool at our disposal. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were a great size. My only hiccup would be the lack of sheets on the beds. They just have the pillows; mattress covers and a blanket. Also, the couch was really wet (idk if due to cleaning or because it was cold inside). Other than that, no complaints. Thank you!

I would have given a 5 star rating but we encountered several difficulties. Upon arrival the condo unit was not cleaned at all. I contacted the host. They quickly responded. Admitted that the unit had not been cleaned. Offered to send someone to clean. That person did not arrive until 2 1/2 hours later at 9:20 pm with NO cleaning supplies and was belligerent. Stated he only cleaned for fun then refused to clean the unit. I contacted the host again who apologized and then finally stated that someone would be there the next morning. The young girl and her father arrived with cleaning supplies. When we returned from the beach the unit was clean and presentable and inviting. If only that had been the case when we first arrived. I had planned my sisters week for us and had flown from Michigan so it was very upsetting to not ahvea the unit cleaned upon arrival. However we were fairly compensated for this major inconvenience. I appreciated the quick response and give the host credit for that. However, another probem arose with the swimming pool keys which were hanging on the hook but DIDNOT open the gate. I again had to contact the host who had to contact the president of the association to provide her key for the pool. The host did not have a reason for why the keys did nor work. This inconvenience caused us to wait until 11:30 the next day to get a key that worked which shourtened out beach day. So, if the host takes care of these issues, the unit was fine.

Great location, owner is quick to respond in messages, convenience items like a high chair and stroller are available to use. As well as beach chairs and a beach wagon. Although we did not use those things because I have older children, I could see how this would be useful for families with young children. We really enjoyed our time there and plan to book again next year. Thank you!

I was disappointed with this property. I picked this property because it had wonderful reviews. However, it appears that perhaps we were the first rental of the season and they were not prepared. Prior to arrival, the property manager(daughter), sent us the code to access the condo. Upon arrival the parking lot was dark(10pm), and it was difficult to see the unit numbers. When I attempted the code, it did not work. After several attempts, I did contact a very grumpy and less than friendly property manager. The owner did arrive about 30 min later and was apologetic. He said she gave us a code that never works but his new code also did not work. He promised to have the key pad fixed the next day and gave us 1 key. Keypad was never fixed, and we were stuck the entire weekend with 1 key limiting what we could do. Upon entry, the ac was off and it was 88 in the unit. We tried to open up all the sliding door and windows. My children's room had a broken screen so we could not leave that open while they slept. Many of the lights were unplugged and we had to attempt to find proper lighting while unpacking. Also, the roof appeared to have been recently redone. My son stepped on a nail on the deck and also in the pool. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for on our weekend away.
