Aloha! Welcome to the paradise of Kihei! Majestic partial ocean views await you in this stunning beachfront home, perfect for family or couples. Kihei is home to a collection of the island’s best beaches, activities, and amazing restaurants. Minutes from luxurious Wailea, this refreshed vacation condo is full of modern amenities to delight you including 1 bedroom, 2 baths, full kitchen, spacious living room, and lanai. Enjoy a meal or your morning coffee while you bask in the island's warmth.
The space
Kamaole Sands resort is full of amenities to delight you, and the host takes every opportunity to provide a wonderful and relaxing time in this refreshed condo .
King size bed with new luxury mattress in the bedroom and pull out couch with new queen mattress in the living room can accommodate up to 4 people total for a restful night’s sleep. Newly installed 65” smart tv in the living room and smart tv in the bedroom. Two bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner and body wash to refresh after a long day at the beach. The unit stays cool with central air conditioning and separate control panels for the bedroom and the living room. Washer and dryer inside the unit with liquid detergent provided to guests. Prepare delicious tropical-inspired meals in the kitchen which is newly stocked with premium chef’s tools. High speed wi-fi and a spacious dedicated desk to work remotely from and stay productive. The resort has a beautiful pool and gym on property, as well as several Weber gas grills to grill up a delicious outdoor meal with the family. Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards and collapsible cooler to maximize your fun and relaxation. There’s a rolling cart provided as well to wheel everything to the beach, but please be careful as the property has a slight incline and left unattended the cart can roll away. Parking for the unit is provided at no charge. $73 resort fee applies.
Guest access
The unit is located on the 3rd floor of Building 9, and elevator access provides a short walk from the dedicated parking space to the elevator and the unit itself. A code will be provided for the front door and optional app access to lock and unlock the door directly from your smart phone. Check in is required at the front desk, and there’s an associated $73 resort fee. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, and will provide guests with resort map and other helpful information.
