"We will be returning soon" might be our favorite kind of review — no note, no follow-up question, just a plan. Really glad the space and the grounds worked out the way they did. Room to spread out and somewhere nice to wander outside of it makes for a pretty easy stay, and it sounds like that's exactly what you got. We'll keep the unit in good shape for round two. It was very clean: even the tile shower. The bed was very comfortable. My family enjoyed Sly Clyde's and the amenities. Lovely experience for my son's graduation.

Property is dated. There is plenty to do if you don’t want to visit Williamsburg, Yorktown or Jamestown. This is a Wyndham vacation club resort and they push hard to get you to buy into the club. The host did say you can just say no and they will leave you alone. If you say yes plan to spend half of a day with an account rep urging you to buy in.

The place was great. We enjoyed the arcade and minigolf. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had everything we need. I recommend this place.

Clean, quiet, and perfect for familes

The 3 bedroom split unit was perfect for iur family of 5. It was a quiet location, and very clean. The reaort had many great extras like an arcade and movie room.

Amenities were great and the property was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and well kept. At check-in the timeshare company made an attempt to get us to commit to a sales pitch - but we only had to decline once before they backed off. Overall an excellent property and very conveniently located for Colonial Williamsburg.

Property had an abundance of amenities. The outside of building could use cleaning and when you enter buildings they smell musty but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Honestly, that’s elite-level vacationing. Amenities are great and all, but a solid nap? Undefeated. We’ll keep the rest of the resort warmed up and ready for your next visit—pool, mini golf course, and all the other things you heroically resisted this time. Think of it as unlocking bonus levels. Family Friendly Getaway

Spent the weekend at the property. It was neat and well looked after. The amenities were awesome with the kids partaking the experiences. This place has a lot of things to do on site which was great and is close to many local restaurants and sights. The units were clean and well equipped for cooking and eating in as well. We had a great time and hope to be back again in the future.

Resort was beautiful. Plenty of parking, and it is close to shops and attractions. The only issue was that there was not enough grills to use for all guess. I ended up cooking inside so it was a minor inconvenience for me and my family

Everything was great except the check in process. no where did I read I would have to sign up for a time share seminar that I would have to pay for to complete my check in. I thought vrbo was into vacations not sales. All fees included is an incorrect statement

If you were told that attending or checking in for the presentation was mandatory, that is simply not correct. Any offer to attend a presentation is completely optional. We do note in our listings that, if a presentation is offered, guests are always free to politely decline and they are not mandatory. I sincerely apologize that this was misrepresented to you during the process of checking in, as it should never have been presented as a requirement. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, I’m sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.

Great place and close to Busch Gardens

Condo was clean and perfect for our family. We requested first floor and they accommodated our request. There was an issue with the dishwasher and maintenance was there within 15 minutes of texting them. Friendly staff and great amenities. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Host was super responsive and great communication. Would definitely stay here again
