3CH Lockoff – Piscine, Jeux, Histoire & Plaisir en Famille

A second stay and already planning a third, that's the kind of loyalty that means more than any single score, thank you for the 10! Glad this place keeps earning the return trip, and that it's landing just right for both families and friend groups looking to actually unwind. Looking forward to round three whenever you're ready.

"We will be returning soon" might be our favorite kind of review — no note, no follow-up question, just a plan. Really glad the space and the grounds worked out the way they did. Room to spread out and somewhere nice to wander outside of it makes for a pretty easy stay, and it sounds like that's exactly what you got. We'll keep the unit in good shape for round two. See you soon.

A 10/10 and a warm word about the people? Thank you, that’s a great way to start our week! We’re glad the unit made your stay so easy, and we’ll gladly share your kind note with the resort team too. Whenever another trip calls, we’d be happy to host you again.

10/10? Now you’re just making us blush. 😎 We’re thrilled you and your family had an awesome stay and we completely agree: somehow, vacations always end approximately 47 minutes (or from the moment they start) before they should. We can’t wait to have you back for Round 2. Next time, we’ll do our best to make the clock move a little slower. 😉 -NexResorts

A successful family vacation? That's impressive. Getting everyone to agree on where to eat is usually hard enough. 😄 Thank you for the fantastic 10/10 review! We're so glad your family enjoyed their stay at Kingsgate and that the activities kept the kids entertained. Happy kids on vacation tend to create happy parents, and we're always aiming for that win-win. We appreciate you choosing Kingsgate for your family getaway and hope you'll come back soon to make even more memories together. We'll keep the fun ready and waiting! -NexResorts

10/10 and “we had a blast”? That’s the kind of review that makes us walk a little taller around here. We’re thrilled you took full advantage of the Activities Center—arcade battles, game time, maybe a little friendly (or not-so-friendly) tennis competition… sounds like you understood the assignment perfectly. Glad the accommodations and amenities delivered the full experience. Come back anytime—we’ll keep the games ready and the fun on standby for round two. -NexResorts

Wow—thank you for the 10/10! We're so glad your family loved the resort and had a chance to enjoy all the activities. Keeping everyone entertained, from the youngest travelers to the adults pretending they're just supervising, is one of our favorite things. It sounds like the room gave your group plenty of room to spread out. With two full kitchens, two living rooms, and three full bathrooms, there's enough space for together time and the occasional strategic retreat when someone has watched the same cartoon for the 47th time. Thanks for staying with us! We can't wait to welcome your family back for another adventure-filled getaway. -NexResorts

Thank you so much, Shay! 🌟 We’re thrilled to hear your family had a great stay with us. Clean spaces, top-notch amenities, and a helpful team are exactly what we aim for—so it’s wonderful to know it all hit the mark! Come back anytime—we’d love to welcome you again! 😊🏖️ -Tiffany & Andrew NexResorts

Everything you needed, close to it all, and a 10/10 stay—sounds perfect! 😄 We hope Williamsburg treated you great! Thanks for staying with us. Can't wait to welcome you back anytime! -NexResorts

A clean tile shower getting a shoutout in a review? Our housekeeping team just walked into work like championship athletes hearing their name announced in a stadium. We’re so glad you and your family had a lovely experience celebrating your son’s graduation — that’s a big milestone, and we’re honored we got to be part of it. Sounds like comfy beds, great amenities, and a visit to Sly Clyde’s made for a pretty solid celebration lineup. Congratulations again to your graduate, and we’d love to host your family anytime you’re back in town! -NexResorts

10/10—short, sharp, and exactly what we like to hear. We’re really glad the space felt clean and spacious for you. Sometimes the best reviews are the ones that just say, “Yep, nailed it,” and this feels like one of those. Appreciate you staying with us—hope to host you again anytime! -NexResorts

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re happy you enjoyed the clean unit, resort amenities, and friendly staff. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the timeshare presentation at check-in, we try really hard to forewarn our guests about the possibility of being asked to attend, and we let you know to decline. We're sorry if they were overzealous. We’d love the chance to host you again for an even better stay. -NexResorts

Hi Mauricia, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that the 3-bedroom split unit was a perfect fit for your family and that you enjoyed the quiet, clean atmosphere of our resort. Thank you for the great review and for sharing both the highlights and helpful feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the amenities and had a great stay overall. 😊 We appreciate your note about the exterior and building entry — we’re always working to improve and will definitely pass this along to the resort. 10/10?! Well now we’re blushing… and slightly suspicious you might be too easy to impress. 😄 Sounds like you absolutely crushed the holy trinity of a perfect getaway: golf, dinner, and sleep. Honestly, that’s elite-level vacationing. Amenities are great and all, but a solid nap? Undefeated. We’ll keep the rest of the resort warmed up and ready for your next visit—pool, mini golf course, and all the other things you heroically resisted this time. Think of it as unlocking bonus levels. Come back soon and give yourself a chance to do slightly more… or don’t. We fully support your current strategy. -NexREsorts

Thanks so much, Alecia! We're thrilled your family getaway was a hit 🎉 From clean, cozy units to kid-approved amenities, it sounds like everyone found their happy place. 😄 We love that you made the most of the on-site fun and explored the local scene—vacation balance at its finest! Come back anytime; the kitchen’s ready, the games are waiting, and so are we! -Tiffany & Andrew NexResorts

Thank you for the glowing 10/10 – we’re blushing like a sunset over the resort 🌅! We're thrilled you loved the location, parking, and beauty (we try to keep her looking pretty 😉). As for the grill shortage – we’re fired up to do better! 🔥 Next time, we’ll aim to have more grills ready so your burgers don’t have to hide indoors. Come back soon – we’ll save you a hot spot! -NexResorts

Hi Lawrence, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience regarding the timeshare sales presentation. If you were told that attending or checking in for the presentation was mandatory, that is simply not correct. Any offer to attend a presentation is completely optional. We do note in our listings that, if a presentation is offered, guests are always free to politely decline and they are not mandatory. I sincerely apologize that this was misrepresented to you during the process of checking in, as it should never have been presented as a requirement. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, I’m sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Dawn! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and that the location was perfect for your trip to Busch Gardens. It’s wonderful to know that our team was able to accommodate your request and respond quickly when needed. We’re especially glad the kids had a blast at the pools—that’s what vacations are all about! We truly appreciate you choosing our condo and hope to welcome you back for another stay soon! Tiffany & Andrew NexResorts
