Beautiful property- just yards from the cathedral ledge. Quiet, peaceful and minutes to downtown Conway. Would love to stay here again in the winter....
Stayed for a weekend to visit Santa's Village and kick off the holiday season. Chalet was as described: Clean, and in a great location. Kid friendly and no issues during the stay. Would stay again.
Awesome location, clean place. The house was perfect for us as a base for going into town and off on hikes. The A/C unit on the first floor came in very handy the days we were there.
We stayed here with our two kids and two pups, it was a perfect location for hikers! The best part was being able to walk to several popular hikes right from the house!
We are very picky travelers and this place was refreshing for us. We loved the porch being on the top deck and it had a gate to keep our dog in, huge plus!! The place was very clean for being in the woods, we expected to see bugs but we didn't. They were very responsive very quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. It is very close to North Conway outlets. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back.
We had a great stay at the house!! We got about 2 feet of snow during our stay and were impressed with responsiveness of the hosts during our stay. Quiet, nice neighborhood tucked away from the main road in North Conway. Would stay here again for sure!
The house had everything we needed, very clean and we enjoyed the use of the fireplace at night. Close to a lot of hiking and skiing. The shower was nice and hot, compared to other houses we have stayed in the area. Would love to stay again!
Couldnât have been any better. Plenty of sleeping areas so perfect for a family. It was just me and my doggo enjoying the peace and quiet but also nice being a 5 min drive from downtown. It looks to be booked up all summer but Iâm going to try and return in the fall!
Never received house rules or check-in codes/info. Texted twice at arrival check-in time without response. Was able to obtain ownerâs phone number via VRBO help chat. Cabin was just clean enough to stay, dingy and shower was grossly moldy with need of repairs. Great location though!
Stayed with my family and my sister's family for an extended weekend and had a great time. The house is centrally located in the Whites with quick access to the town of Conway, Diana's Baths, and the many trails along the Kankamagus Highway. The house was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Dave an Lindsey were very helpful with recommendations for local kayaking and always respond to inquires promptly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a get away in the White Mountains.
Our stay at Daveâs& Lindseyâs home was great.! Very good communication check in was easy. The home was very clean and well kept everything you could need. It was a great location for whatever you wanted to do shopâ swimâ home sight see. The best part though I was able to take my dogs and that means a lot to me will definitely stay again. Thank you .

My friend and I stayed at the chalet for 5 days. There are plenty of hiking trails. A beautiful view of cathedral ledge if you walk up or drive up the cliff side. The neighborhood is a nice walk with similar size houses. Its very quiet and relaxing. The fire pit was well built and we used it one of the nights. Less than 40 mins to Mt Washington, Crawford Notch, a bunch of golf courses and downtown Conway
Location is great. We had a lot of other issues. The listing doesnât mention you need to bring your own sheets and towels. I would never had rented if I knew that. When I reached out I was just told that there was no laundry and maybe for an extra fee something could be done. Also we had to vacuum wipe down the kitchen and bathroom when towels/face cloths were not provided so I had to use my own. There wasnât even a sponge to wash dishes. We found several dirty forks spoons and bowls. The coffee maker still had coffee grinds from the previous renter. I think the rental would benefit from someone else going in to make sure thatâs everything is all set for the next person.
Luckily we only stayed a couple days and really used the cabin to sleep, being gone most of the day, sight seeing. The place was clean, smelled great when we arrived - no odor some cabins have. We did notice slight odor downstairs with bedrooms but we're use to it as we live in a cabin! However, it is dingy & for sure needs some repairs indoors. Shower had super glue as the grout between some of the tiles & was coming a part - hanging off. The heaters around floor in bedrooms had exposed metal, coverings broke off. and the bedrooms are small with only maybe a foot between bed & wall. We felt it wasn't as described and also wish we would have known to bring own linens sooner as we drove from GA & only heard back from the owners 3 days into our trip (4 days before arrival) - luckily family meeting us in Boston brought linens for us. Would also recommend bringing comforter/blanket bc there is no washer/dryer on site so we have no idea if the comforters on the beds have been washed between stays! You also have to take your trash to town transfer station (who is very particular - self sort recycling) with the provided transfer sticker (MUST RETURN BACK to chalet). You do need to clean before you leave (vacuum, wipe down bathroom sink, tub and kitchen countertop, etc).
The location is great. Not far from town, trails and state parks. The place was fine for the couple days we stayed.
Great location! Loved watching the rock climbers right from the back deck. The home is nicely appointed and the decks are secure for the dog which made it very enjoyable!
Having both grown up spending family vacations in NH, it was only a matter of time for us to decide to continue the tradition with our now combined family and friends. We love the outdoors, spending time hiking or at the lake with our dog, Pocono, and North Conway offers a welcoming vibe and easy access to endless adventures that we find ourselves coming back to again and again. We hope that you will get much enjoyment at our getaway and share countless memories with friends and family as we have.
This neighborhood offers the best of North Conway for our ideal lifestyle and downtime. Walking distance to Echo Lake for swimming, Cathedral Ledge for hiking, and mountain biking in the White Mountains National Forest - all possible without even getting in a car! Quick and convenient access to North Conway village for restaurants and shopping along with plenty of family-friendly attractions and 6 ski mountains within 30mins, while being tucked away in a scenic and peaceful oasis... who can resist escaping to such a refreshing and relaxing place at every chance?!
