Our host was very responsive and the house was roomy and clean. It had all the basics and we were comfortable and enjoyed our week in the Knoxville area.

Sweet Haven was close to the softball tournament we were in town for. The host was very responsive and everything went as planned. I would recommend it for anyone needing to visit Marysville TN.

We enjoyed our stay at this country setting home. Mattress and pillows were excellent, water pressure in the shower was great and my husband enjoyed the hot tub.

Perfect!

We had the best trip. We came to watch dirt track racing and will definitely be staying here again next year! Bed are super comfortable hot tub is really nice very very clean house.

Great location with privacy. Large yard/acreage for kids to play. Large rooms for gathering with master bed/bath on separate side of home. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. The ice maker had trouble keeping up with our family of 5 so we bought and left some ice trays to help. We used the front porch every day and enjoyed the elevated view.Water pressure was strong with plenty of hot water available. Beds and linens were very nice and comfortable. Great family vacation

Host was very easy to communicate with. The directions to the house were spot on. House was very spacious. Bedrooms were huge. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms very nice. Front porch was very scenic and nice to sit on. Hot tub was an added bonus

This location was so beautiful and the rooms were nice and big, the beds immensely comfortable. I will say though we went to see the Volunteers play, that was the only thing we were coming to do. The sole reason we stayed in this house was to be able to use the hot tub. Unfortunately there were no instructions inside the house on how to use it. When I texted the host (very late in the evening) she responded the next day. While we were at the game, the host sends instructions on how to use the hot tub. (The buttons were also not readable from wear and tear) So we never had to opportunity to even use it. I would have appreciated it if, like I stated if the instructions were inside the house, or even if they came with my hosts ‘Welcome’ message. Everything else was great. It was a waste of our money though because we couldn’t use the hot tub.

Peaceful escape

Loved this place. Feels like your miles from everything circled by trees, but you're minutes away from great restaurants and shopping. The house is clean and well kept, feels like new. We stayed here as a getaway weekend for our anniversary and will definitely stay again.

This house was great for my stay to go the The Smokey Mountains and ride my motorcycle. The house was extremely clean and thwy did a great job communicating with us anout the house and asking questions to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely coming back.

Superb

We drove from Kansas to ride the Tail of the Dragon. This place is 30 mins from the start of the tail in Tennessee. The house was more then I expected. Ease of entry was great, just had to enter code in the lock, which host gave us prior to our arrival. I don't think I've ever stayed in a vrbo as clean as this one. The beds were comfy and the kitchen more then enogh for 4 of us. We used the hot tub the 2nd night and it was very clean and didn't have that chlorine smell. The yard is big and pretty, and the deck on the front of the house was so nice to sit and have coffee on. The house is close to town where there is plenty of places to eat and places to shop. The host is very nice and promptly gets back to you. I would definitely stay here again!

Tranquill Haven

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in the Maryville, TN area this is it. The location is close to downtown Maryville, the mall and most eateries. Alcoa, TN is very close as well. Driving distance to Knoxville, TN is about 30 minutes via the interstate. The home was inviting and roomy. We wanted to stay in more than going out. The hot tube was available but not used this time. We plan on returning to this location. Of all the Vrbo locations we have stayed at or near Knoxville, TN. We have considered this to be the best.

Beautiful and Convenient Get-Away

We selected this home as our first Vrbo rental, and had an excellent experience. Traveling many hours from NJ, we were welcomed by a beautiful and quiet property that was just as described. The front yard view of the sunset from a beautiful porch was exceptional. On the back porch is a hot tub that we enjoyed as well. Inside, the house is so spacious and has plenty of the amenities you need for daily conveniences. Adrina, the host, was so prompt in answering any questions, and she gave explicit check in and check out instructions...very friendly and thorough communication. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a lovely retreat in a prime location!

We had a wonderful, stress free experience! Booking and check in were so easy and the host was very responsive when i messaged. The house was super clean and the bedrooms had really comfortable beds! The hot tub was amazing and so nice to end our day soaking in. This house gave our group plenty of space to unwind every night and we really hope to stay here again next year. There was a large parking area and huge yard. The front porch was so nice to sit out on every morning and evening.
