You will never run out of things to do! **PROPERTY SIZE AND LOCATION** This charming 1948 Cozy Cottage is the perfect blend of old-school charm and modern living. It is a single-story home with 850 sqft of usable living space for our guests. Don’t underestimate the amount of fun you can have in this cozy area! In addition to being perfectly located among all the beautiful things Boise has to offer, you’ll be greeted by thoughtful design and appliances that are ideal for both short stays and extended visits. --- **THE LIVING ROOM** In the living room, you’ll find two couches that comfortably seat the entire family or group of friends for relaxation or a movie night. There is a 55-inch smart TV that gives you access to all your favorite streaming platforms! Two large windows allow natural light to flood the space, making it feel open and airy. --- **THE HALLWAY** As you walk through the hallway to access the bedrooms or kitchen, you’ll notice a full-body mirror that not only makes the space feel larger but also lets you do a quick fit check before heading out for a night on the town, just 7 minutes away. --- **THE KITCHEN** The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay! It includes pots and pans for cooking, as well as a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop. The countertop features a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve K-Cup Pod & Carafe Coffee Maker with multiple brew sizes. Next to the fridge, you’ll find a full-sized microwave. Nestled in the corner of the kitchen is a 4-person dining table where you can enjoy your meals and coffee together. --- **THE GAME ROOM** Off the kitchen is the game room! We've transformed an underused garage space into a popular gaming and entertainment area. In this room, you'll find a retractable 100-inch projector screen with a ceiling-mounted projector, offering a movie theater-like experience. You can also watch a sports game on the projector while enjoying a game of darts or shuffleboard. This room is equipped with a couch that doubles as a futon, providing additional sleeping space. --- **THE LAUNDRY ROOM** Next to the game room is our fully equipped laundry room, featuring a full-sized stacked Samsung washer and dryer, along with all the products you’ll need to clean your clothes before check-out or during your stay. --- **THE MASTER BEDROOM** To the right of the hallway is the master bedroom. This room includes a closet with hangers and a pack-and-play for little ones. For maximum comfort, you'll find a queen-sized bed with nightstands on both sides for charging your devices. The master bedroom also doubles as an office space for traveling professionals, with a medium-sized desk and a chair. The desk includes a tabletop ring lighted mirror, making it a great vanity space as well. Finally, there’s a 4-drawer dresser to unpack your bags and settle in comfortably. This room faces Vista Road, which is a busy road and a sought-after location. While this comes with some road noise, we provide a sound machine to help ensure a restful night’s sleep. --- **BEDROOM 2** Across the hallway from the master bedroom is a secondary bedroom with two XL twin-sized beds. There is a shared nightstand between the two beds to maximize space, as well as a closet with a hamper and hangers. --- **THE BACKYARD** Accessible from the exterior door of the game room or the front of the house, the fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space for little ones or fur babies to roam free!
