We own in Lakewood because of the beautiful and charming character of these century old homes. While we do our best to update the homes with modern amenities and details, each house does have its unique quirks. Please keep this in mind when deciding to rent our properties, and feel free to reach out during your stay so that we can help to make your visit to this beautiful city as comfortable as possible!

Please note that this is a 1st floor unit in a duplex. There are steps to enter the home. The parking is only available on the street. Guests on both floors are expected to respect each other's privacy and space while understanding that there may be some noise that carries from each unit. Noise machines have been provided to help.

The windows in this home are original and have historic character but we do ask that you do not open them. However, we do provide blackout drapes, central AC and heating, and fans and space heaters should you need them!

The Airbnb can be accessed through the front door and to the left. There is another Airbnb unit on the second floor.

🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🐾Approval of max of 2 dogs is allowed for an additional $40/night (total not per pet) with a max of $240
🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
