C'EST LA PROPRIÉTÉ LA PLUS ISOLÉE DE L'ÎLE, À 1/4 DE MILLE SUR UNE VOIE PRIVÉE Avec votre propre quai dĂ©diĂ© en eau profonde sur la riviĂšre ... et Ă  deux pas de la plage ... vous avez le meilleur des deux mondes!

Profitez des images, des sons et de l'ambiance de la magnifique riviĂšre Folly tout en sirotant un cafĂ© le matin sur le porche arriĂšre ... en observant les oiseaux sur le quai au bord de l'eau. Perfect quiet beach getaway

This is by for the best of everything Folly Beach has to offer. Really close beach access, bust nestled away on the Folly River with the perfect amount of privacy. The home is spacious & & geat for families. great for families. The pier is perfect for docking you boat, gathering oysters, fishing, crabbing, & enjoying the beautiful sunset. I will definitely be booking here again.

It was all about the location

Four ladies “of a certain age” celebrated a birthday and this house was perfect for us. Very private and quiet surroundings. The views from the back porch were fabulous. It was nice be a little ways from Center street and the traffic, but still very close to everything we wanted to do (mostly shopping and eating). Had one minor issue and host was very quick to respond! Would definitely stay there again!

Hidden Riverside Gem

We've vacationed at Folly since we moved away from Charleston in 1997 and have stayed in many places. Our favorites are on the riverside with a dock as we bring our boat. This was the first time at this property and it was everything we wanted. It was also the most secluded house we've stayed in. There was a 100 yd drive through the marsh woods to get there and then you can't see another house once you are there. I also prefer renting from owner managers because it's so much more personal. Patrick was great and answered my questions quickly.

Special place

It is an extraordinary location with great privacy and view. The house has everything you need and more; the dock is very nice, and you feel like you are in the water at the end. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Week!

We had an amazing week! The house was very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the porch and dock were spectacular!! We had lots of fun fishing off of the dock and watching the dolphins. It was a perfect week!

Great location with beautiful scenery

This house is perfect for a visit to Folly Beach! It's tucked away in what feels like a nature reserve on the river side while still only a few minute walk to the beach. The deck extending out to the river is a real highlight and a great spot for fishing, dolphin watching, and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Quiet seclusion, still an easy bike ride to "downtown" Folly. The house itself has a nice layout, perfect for our family of four (with a bedroom to spare). The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again on a return trip!

Dad’s birthday

Great location! Dock provided great place to fish, crab, and kayak! Easy walk to the beach for sunrise and great sunsets from the house. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Only issue we had were some of the lights in the house needed new bulbs but everything else worked great.

Best of both worlds!

This property is great for fisherman and beach dwellers alike. Close to beach access and the deep water dock with crab trap was such a delight. Far enough back that you don’t deal with the hustle and bustle from the main strip. Never heard another person while we were there. It was seclusion at its finest. We went for a family birthday with 6 adults and had plenty of room.

Great week!

Wonderful week with great weather. House was perfect. We can tell owners have nicely remodeled inside and are working on outside. Great views of the marsh and loved the boat dock. I brought my 23’ Hardtop CC boat and had no issues with it.I had no issues traveling under the folly river bridge.The boardwalk to dock is functional but not for young kids walking alone. We had no issues at all. We hope to book again soon👍

Way better than the pictures show!!!!!!

House has lots of upgrades since the photos were taken. Best stocked kitchen of any house rented and I have been renting since 2005! Love that all rooms are on one floor. Take you cast net and catch shrimp off the dock. We took our poles and caught red drum, black drum, trout and whiting! Love the front and back covered porch. Weber charcoal grill was great for steaks. The owners were great communicators- giving reccomendations, fishing advice and just the nicest people! The home is nicely decorated but not overly decorated, so guests have room for their personal items. Oh and the sunsets!!! They are gorgeous!!! Do not hesitate to book this home. You will not be disappointed!

Great location and wonderful stay

We had a great time during our stay. Fishing experience was exceptional at the dock! We caught huge sting rays, sea trouts, croakers, and tons of crabs. We also saw a school of dolphins playing near the dock everyday. The house had all the amenities we needed with a large wide open kitchen for the family to gather around. The property is two blocks away from the beach so it was convenient for us to catch the waves at the beach. The dock and outside the house do need some TLC. The dock has some loose pieces and exposed nails and the roof of the dock shelter needs some maintenance. Otherwise, it is a great property and we highly recommend it.

Labor Day staycation

My friends and I are Charleston locals and decided to have a Folly Beach staycation for Labor Day. We had the time of our lives. Along with what others are saying, the pictures in the listing are super dated, probably 10+ years old. The interior has been updated since the pictures were taken (larger TV in living room, updated rugs, bedding etc). The biggest perk was the private dock. We spent 80% of our time there. Coffee in the morning, swimming and sunbathing during the day, and then dinner and sunsets in the evenings. Perfect dolphin watching spot. It was truly magical. Beach is a 5 minute walk. Downtown to the bars/restaurant about a 20 minute walk. Bikes, fishing poles, kayaks in the garage. Already want to come back next year!

Everything We Could Have Wanted +

We had an excellent stay at this home. Our group was 2 grandparents, two adult children with their children and two teen-age boys. The four bedroom and two bathroom arrangement, on one floor, worked well for our group. The living room and breakfast bar area were a great place for people to congregate as different ages retired or arose. Amazing dock out to the deep water behind Folly Island where we experienced dolphins several times! Coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening on the deck offered tranquil surroundings. House was well equipped enough to walk in with groceries and make and serve breakfasts, lunches and grilled dinners. We walked to the beach (yes, two blocks) and walked to the central Folly Beach business area. The property description and photographs accurately describe the house – no surprises. The owner was easy to work with, honest and forthright. We had some unexpected maintenance issues during our stay (as anyone might in their own home) that the owner was right on top of. I bring that up as a positive, that if issues arise, the owner is responsive. I would certainly recommend this property to any friend or relative. It was like staying at a friend or relative’s home! Folly Beach is one of the few places I’ve been that I have on my MUST revisit list. And I would stay at this home again.

Perfect for our girls trip!

Perfect property for our girls trip! A flight of stairs outside led to a very spacious house! The kitchen was well stocked—coffee makers, toaster, microwave, etc. The living area had plenty of seating. Four bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for our group. Beautiful screened in porch for our morning coffee! We loved walking on the long dock out to a seating area. And we were only a couple of short blocks to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect property!
