Intérieur de la cathédrale et du plafond en pin acceptant les animaux domestiques à 4 miles de la ville, 1 de l'ANP

La charmante petite maison est une belle chambre de 1600 pieds carrés avec 2 chambres, 1,75 salle de bain au plafond cathédrale, une maison intérieure en pin, située à Hulls Cove. Il est situé sur la route principale de Bar Harbor, mais en retrait de la route sur une immense prairie, donc bien qu'il n'y ait pas de cour clÎturée, il est parfait pour les chiots sympathiques et bien élevés! (Il y a un garage / appartement indépendant à cÎté de la maison, qui abrite nos impressionnants gestionnaires immobiliers et leur merveilleux chiot beagle / chien de bétail australien, Kebo, qui est toujours heureux de vous accueillir dans la propriété!) La chambre principale a un lit king, et monte un escalier en colimaçon dans un loft, avec une salle de bain 1. 75. La deuxiÚme chambre est en bas située hors de la cuisine / salon / salle à manger et a un lit queen. La salle de bain complÚte est également en bas. La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert, avec une cuisine bien équipée (et bien sûr, un casier à homard et des articles essentiels pour manger du homard!), laveuse / sécheuse, TV (DVR et HBO), barbecue, enrouler autour du pont et des siÚges en plein air sur le pont et la pelouse. Il y a un hamac pour se détendre pendant que vous profitez de la brise de l'aprÚs-midi du Maine. Fin juillet et août, il y a des myrtilles dans la prairie que vous pouvez manger dans la brousse, et de petites fraises des bois, si vous les cherchez! Si vous voulez vous promener dans l'Acadie, il y a une entrée de parc avec des pistes de calÚche à un mile de distance, et si vous préférez faire une promenade en bateau ou une observation des baleines, la ville et la jetée sont à environ 4 miles. Il n'y a qu'une seule plage de sable sur l'ßle, et c'est à environ 15 minutes, mais il y a une belle plage de galets à environ 1/2 mile de distance, ce qui est un endroit spectaculaire pour regarder le soleil ou la lune se lever.

This was a perfect place to visit the park with a family! Beautiful Windows overlooking the meadow behind the house made for great mornings and warm evenings. The house was equipped with everything to make our trip enjoyable.

Great place for our family (2 Grandparents, 2 Grandchildren (8, 10) to stay when visiting Acadia National Park. Clean, comfortable. New grill. As presented. Easy communication with Sasha (owner). Only 2 miles from Hulls Cove visitor center and free buses anywhere in park. Over 4 days we hiked Gorham Mountain, Ship Harbor trail (Southwest Harbor area), walked the bar at low tide, shopped in tourist stores, took Illesford cruise with park ranger - excellent), played mini-golf at Pirates Cove, walked some carriage trails. Avoided Jordan Pond (we dislike crowds).

The house was in a great location, close to trails and restaurants but away from the business of downtown bar harbor. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. We loved watching deer and birds in the meadow. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Hidden Gem

Sasha place was amazing! Fun place far enough off the roadway to not hear the traffic and give you a sense of being off the beaten path. We really enjoyed the quiet location very close to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The back yard was very private and great place to relax. The neighbors were very friendly and even got us some fresh lobsters for one of our dinners! Thank you Sasha!!

Comfortable beds, very nice layout to the home; we always like a nice size table for family time (meals or games), and this table had a lovely view. Great deck around 3 sides of the house for sitting and enjoying the breeze and a peaceful evening after a day of hiking, etc. The area is quiet & surrounded by nature, and also close to town. Convenient to come and go to Acadia, Bar Harbor, and even Pirate mini golf and ice cream nearby. Very clean and well-supplied; we would not change a thing.

This is a lovely and peaceful property. My family and I enjoyed walks through the meadow and evenings listening to the radio, while playing cards. This home is close to all the things - Acadia National Park, the city center of Bar Harbor and restaurants. Sasha is a fabulous communicator and guided us to sunset watching spots that were away from the crowds. We would rebook at this beautiful property again!

Paws Down, Best Vacation Ever!

Desert Island!Let me tell you: the backyard was a dream. A big, open meadow where I could romp, roll, and watch deer stroll by. My humans loved sipping coffee with that view, and I loved doing my morning zoomies.The house was pawfect! The loft bedroom and en suite made things comfy, and the full kitchen was great for hosting a lobster dinner. Our family from Texas was staying at a hotel down the road, but they came by for a feast. I supervised closely from under the table. The neighbors were so kind they even shared homemade jams and jellies (sadly, I didn’t get a taste). The grill came in handy too, and when the TV was acting up, the housekeeper was quick to help. Everyone was super nice!The host made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for day trips to Acadia and Bar Harbor. So many new scents, I couldn’t believe my nose.I give this stay two paws up! We’re already planning our return and I’m bringing my favorite stick as a thank-you gift.Wags and wiggles,Gracie Bear

Our Acadia Trip

We loved staying at Sasha's place. It was comfortable, clean and near everything! The weather even cooperated. We spent most days in Acadia and most nights in Bar Harbor and meals except breakfast out. Kitchen was very well stocked if we chose to cook. I loved the breeze that came through the house with the double doors in the living room. Lots of windows too! My husband spent every morning outsidew visiting a couple of resident squirrels and a chipmunk,,,lol, Communication with Sasha was A+++. We had one issue with the coffee maker leaking but it was handled immediatly and we had a new coffee maker the next day. Thank you for being a caring and informative host! We hope to be back one day.

Peaceful Stay in Bar Harbour

The home was in a great location just outside downtown Bar Harbour, so a short drive to town and the Acadia National Park entrance. It was equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Our dog loved exploring the meadow out back too. We'd love to come back at some point!

Great stay in Hull’s Cove

The house and grounds were as described. Well equipped, plenty of sleeping options for us five ( 2 grandparents, 3 11 year old grandsons). Very convenient to Acadia Visitor Center and Loop road. Also short drive to Bar Harbor. We were pleasantly surprised how efficient (and cheap - free) the park Explorer Bus was to any point of the park. Nice place to come back to each day after hiking and tidepooling. A plug - best ice cream is actually in Ellsworth - Morton’s Moo homemade ice cream.

Morning coffee on the meadow.

We stayed here 4 nights, five adults and a young child. One of us slept on a camping mat on the floor upstairs in stead of using the sleep couch in the main area. This home does not afford much privacy to anyone. For us not a problem, we enjoyed the communal feel and the peacefulness of being an easy ride out of town. Loved the green view and deck backing up to a meadow (deers), our little one fancied the swing and just playing in the yard (acorns, chipmunks, rocking chairs). We did not do much cooking. The home was a great choice for our family.

Amazing staying

Our staying in Sasha's house was amazing. Everything was clean and perfect. Sasha is a great host. We had some problems and they promptly fixed them right away. They left some goodies for us to find at our arrival. If I could I would give them 10 out of 5 stars. Highly suggested for family and for a group of friends.

I grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and moved to Maine in 2003 with my good friend and (who is a Bar Harbor local) to pursue a career as a marine biologist. I fell in love with the house the moment I laid eyes on it! Since buying the house, I have worked primarily in Alaska, and lived in Colorado and now Washington, but travel back to stay in my little home as often as possible! I am a dog person (mostly Australian cattle dogs), so the house is very dog friendly! In 2013, we began fostering Australian cattle dogs through the Australian Cattle Dog Rescue Association. We fostered 16 dogs, including a mom and her 9 3.5-week-old pups! If you notice the chewed trim in the guest room, you can thank those sweet puppies for that.

I now have two young kids and love bringing them to Maine to experience the magic of Acadia and MDI. I love my little home on the island, and hope you will too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My friend Matt grew up in Bar Harbor, and quickly showed me everything there is to love about the area. I lived there for two years before deciding to settle there. The bustle of the town during the summer, followed by the quietude of the winter make it a perfect little haven.

I lucked out with the location of my home. It is located close to town, the ocean, and Acadia National Park, and less than a mile from Pirate's Cove Mini Golf, but are also off the main road enough that it is a quiet and peaceful location. The back yard is a huge meadow full of wildflowers and blueberries, sunrises and sunsets, lightening bugs, birds (including some resident barred owls that tend to roost on our trees and call throughout the summer, hummingbirds, and lots of songbirds), and deer, and a perfect shaded area to relax in the hammock or BBQ on the deck.

I bought my house because I walked in and instantly fell in love. It's a very easy place to fall in love with. The floor plan and the beautiful pine interior, plus the vast meadow in the back, complete with blueberries, wildflowers, painted sunsets and starry skies made the place a little piece of heaven.
