Our Location
Only 1.3 miles off the Parkway, just minutes to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, The Island, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, Anakeesta, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not are just minutes away.

📺Main Living Space and Kitchen/Dining Area
As you step into our mountain cabin retreat, the first thing that captures your attention is the expansive view through the large picture windows. Stretching from floor to ceiling, these windows offer a panoramic view of the mountains that surround the cabin. The natural beauty of the landscape draws your gaze, inviting you to pause and take in the breathtaking scenery.

The main floor living area is the perfect place to spend quality time. Sit back on the sofa and watch a show on the smart TV.

The living room flows into the dining and kitchen area, creating an open and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from pots and pans to utensils and appliances. Prepare hearty breakfasts before hitting the trails or enjoy leisurely dinners together around the dining table, which comfortably seats six. Adding to the cozy ambiance of the dining area is a gas fireplace, casting a warm glow that enhances the intimate dining experience.

🛏️King Suite - The luxurious king suite is located on the main level. You can snuggle up and fall asleep watching your favorite late-night show on the flat screen TV. (sleeps 2)

1.5 bathrooms. Full bathroom on the main level can be accessed from the king suite or from the main living area and has a walk-in shower.

Half bath is located in the lower level.

The downstairs area of our mountain cabin is the ultimate hub of fun and entertainment. The first thing you will notice when making your way downstairs is the dedicated kids' area. Bunk beds line the walls, providing cozy nooks for little ones to rest after a day of exploration. Plush bean bags offer the perfect spot for lounging and watching their favorite shows and movies. Nearby, a Connect Four game waits to spark friendly competition.

Adjacent to the kids' area is a theater space that promises an immersive entertainment experience like no other. Dominating the room is a massive 90-inch TV screen, perfect for movie nights or cheering on your favorite sports team. But that's not all! The entertainment options extend beyond the screen with a variety of games to suit every taste. Whether you're into classic arcade fun, foosball showdowns, or cozy evenings spent with board games, there's something here for everyone.

For those who prefer to unwind in comfort, a sleeper sofa provides the perfect spot to relax and recharge after a day of play. And with a convenient half bath nearby, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

For added convenience especially during long stays, there is a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board/iron.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of our mountain cabin's outdoor spaces. From the lower level to the upper deck, each area offers its own unique way to relax and soak in the stunning surroundings.

Just off the theater area on the lower level, you'll find a haven of relaxation—the hot tub and gas fire pit area. Slip into the warm, bubbling waters of the hot tub and let your cares melt away. Nearby, the inviting glow of the gas fire pit beckons, offering the perfect spot to gather with loved ones and share stories under the night sky. With the crisp mountain air around you and the soothing sounds of nature as your soundtrack, this outdoor oasis is the ideal retreat for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Venture up to the upper deck off the main living space, where another outdoor delight awaits. A spacious dining table for six invites you to enjoy meals surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. Whether it's breakfast with the sunrise or dinner under the stars. And when it's time to simply sit back and take it all in, three rocking chairs offer a comfortable perch for admiring the majestic views that stretch out before you.

Guest access
The main road leading up to the cabin is fully paved with minimal elevation change and can be accessed easily with almost any vehicle. (4WD may be necessary for mountain roads in the winter months) Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the (2) locked owner’s closet.
Key-less entry code will be provided prior to arriving at the cabin. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay.

Other things to note
Amenities:
We provide you with a “starter kit” of paper towels, toilet paper, dish tabs, dish soap, laundry pods, hand soap, and trash can liners. These amenities are only a “starter kit”, we HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. Condiments, zip locks, foil, and plastic wrap are not provided.

*Gas Fireplace: Will be shut off from April - October for the summer season.

All guests must be 25+.

Some Notes about the Mountains:
- This is the mountains and Wifi and cell service may be spotty. We highly recommend you download maps of the area offline prior to arriving.
- This is the forest and mountains and you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters (including bears!). We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside, this can attract critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, do not feed it. Bears are dangerous. Local law requires that food not be left outside at any time unless it is properly discarded in trash cans. The Guest is responsible for any run-ins with wildlife.
- Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you’ll probably see them alive/dead or on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season is over.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ other things that are beyond our control.

We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
