- Please do not block the neighbors' driveways.
- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside of the home. Smoking will result in a GBP 800.00 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a GBP 400.00 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a GBP 400.00 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a GBP 1600.00 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off of the property by law enforcement.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a GBP 39.88 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.
