The entire space is available for use. Closets will be unavailable in bedrooms, but other storage is provided in each bedroom.

The laundry area is in the garage, which guests will have full access to.

South Austin neighborhood within walking distance of local cafes, bars, and restaurants. Close to downtown Austin (5 miles) and popular spots on South Lamar Blvd, South 1st st and South Congress Avenue. Bus stop steps from the house, 15 mins to Austin International Airport (ABIA).

1 Driveway spot and street parking available. Easy access to Uber / Lyft, and steps away from a bus stop. Easily walk to restaurants, convenience stores, and other local businesses.

Please note, this is our family's home - we live here when not renting out the space. This is a full house rental. Personal items will be removed from the home during your stay, and closets will be locked, and other storage will be provided for clothing, etc. If you wish to rent the home for 30 days or more, we can arrange use of closets upon request.

Please note, there is no fence around the pool, the fence is around the perimeter of the house. There are safety locks on each door leading out to the pool that are at the top of the door, children cannot reach them.
Guests must provided legal names and ages of all people staying in the home. This will be asked for upon booking.
