Guest Access:
You will receive access code to the smartlock 48 hours prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Here, you'll find loads of fun stuff like golf courses, pools, gyms, and tennis courts. Plus, there are social clubs, events, and tons of activities to enjoy. And it's super convenient, close to shopping, dining, and cool spots for culture. It's basically the perfect spot for a calm and peaceful vacation just 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach!

• PET POLICY: There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and may have size and breed restrictions. Verify with us before you confirm your reservation.

• POOL HEATER: This property offers a pool heater at an additional charge of $35 per day, that will be applied to the entire stay. The pool heater will be turned on and set to 85. However, if air temperature drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temperature. Pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
