This house is decorated to make you feel at home.
Its comfortable and offers many upgrades. Plenty of seating in the Living Room and Dining room for everyone to spread out.

The kitchen is supplied with new appliances to make staying in and making dinner fun and easy! The Bedrooms are complete with Luxury bedding and offer an ocean Florida decor to make you feel like your on Vacation! Walk out side to enjoy the large pool complete with sun loungers to work on your tan. You are less than 20 minutes from one of the best beaches in Florida. Clearwater Beach

The Kitchen offers beautiful upgraded Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster

The Living area starts with a large entryway, sectional leather sofa, bench and 4 easy chairs, TV, coffee and end tables, ceiling fan

The Dining Room has a beautiful Farm style table with seating for 8 along with a couple barstools, ceiling fan

The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, Tv and Dresser, bedside night tables and an on suite bathroom with large glass walk-in shower and a double vanity

Bedroom 2 also comes with a King size bed and patio doors leading out to the backyard pool, a night stand, ceiling fan, dresser.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a night stand, dresser and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4. offers 2 Full size beds, night table, ceiling fan.

Guest Bathroom has a beautiful double vanity along with a Tub/Shower combination.

Laundry Room holds your Washer and Dryer along with all your towel supplies.

Family retreat

My family of 4 adult children and significant others gathered for my daughter’s wedding. The house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and lots to keep everyone entertained. It was close to everything. We hope to come again.

Fantastic Family Reunion

Wonderful home that was a perfect weekend visit for 4 generations (8 people) in town to meet our newest grandchild. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean and the kitchen/dining room were great when all of us sat down to eat together (only wish there were a few more kitchen staples to cook with). Living room sofa was large enough for 6-8 people along side a comfortable sitting nook for 4 more! Too cool in February to use the beautiful pool, but we did sit outside for a few hours and enjoyed the back patio. All in all, a great place to center your visit. We will definitely check on this availability in the future!

Clearwater Stay

Plenty of room, pool was good. Had to take out the pool cleaner, which is something we never did before. Good location, close to everything we needed. Just wish there were more than 1 garbage bag for the kitchen. 3 days with all of us created a lot of trash. :-)
