Welcome to our newly renovated and professionally designed family-owned Villa in the world-famous Windsor Hills Resort — the closest resort to Disney that's not a Disney hotel! This is our personal vacation home, not a generic rental, or corporation like others around. Unlike many others, we own ONE home here. We spend time here, we sleep here, we eat here, we work from here and we proudly share it with families looking for comfort, safety, and a premium experience!

We are the ONLY rental, that we have found in this area of Kissimmee and Davenport, that offers a PROFESSIONAL UPLIFT brand sit-stand DESK with a PROFESSIONAL OFFICE CHAIR! Our home features 5 bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, smart TVs in every room, and two convenient first-floor suites with walk-in showers. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, workstation with sit/stand desk, fast WiFi, Washer and dryer, pool towels, linens and pillows and plenty of children’s supplies including toys, high chair, pack ’n play, and fort-building blocks.

Relax in your private south-facing 28’ x 14’ pool and spillover spa—always FREE heated—with color-changing lights, a shaded lanai, loungers, outdoor dining, and a unique bottom privacy screen (rare in Windsor Hills). We go above and beyond because we use it too! An undersized pool heater will struggle to keep the pool and spa warm. A child-safe pool alarm and custom tan safety fence offer extra peace of mind.

Enjoy our Indiana Jones–themed game room with billiards, magnetic fort building blocks for the kids and its separate A/C control for comfort. Also located in the game room is a washer and dryer with complimentary pool towels.

As our registered guests, you receive FREE access to all Windsor Hills Resort amenities (many other neighboring resorts charge $35-45 fee for amenities): The zero-entry lagoon pool, water slides, splash pad, fitness center, movie theater, pickleball court, volleyball court, basketball court, ping pong table, playgrounds, arcade, and crafts put on by the staff. Wristbands are free for all registered guests; unregistered visitors pay $10/day.

Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Windsor Hills is approximately 2.5 miles from Disney. With staying here for extended time we can tell you that a few extra miles can take hours sometimes to travel because of traffic, long traffic lights, parking and lack of infrastructure. Please take this into consideration when looking at places to stay especially in busy times around the holidays. A few extra miles can take valuable time away from your vacation.

Starting December of 2025 we have implemented a plan to give back to others by donating 10% of the "rent only" portion that we charge to charity. Your vacation directly helps others in need! We have been blessed and it is our honor to help others!
