Superbe rénovation de cette chambre 2, 2 salle de bain condo. Soyez parmi les premiers à profiter de ce condo entièrement rénové en privé, communauté fermée du Ritz Pointe. Tout est neuf du mobilier aux matelas de qualité de l'hôtel aux draps de luxe. Tout le confort de la maison à votre escapade à la mer. Les infrastructures communautaires incluent une nouvelle piscine chauffée, salle de fitness, et vue sur l'océan terrasse et jacuzzi. Le condo a une cuisine entièrement rénové avec comptoir magnifique de quartz, armoires en bois et revêtements de sol en bois. Le confortable mobilier de salon est idéal pour profiter de la télévision en face d'une cheminée. pont enveloppements légères et lumineuses autour du côté de la copropriété avec table à manger et des chaises. Ritz Pointe Rendezvous was all that was promised but even better. Immaculately clean, newly updated, comfortable and quiet it was the perfect base for exploring the Southern California coast. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Carla.

Perfect

We were a bit skeptical at first. It was pretty dark but opening all the blinds helped. Pics on site made it look bigger than it is. All that said it is in a perfect location. It had everything we needed and was clean as a whistle. We would definitely go back. I did tell the woman who oversaw everything that there were a few little quirks that needed to be worked on. Certainly not enough to deter us from coming back.

Excellent winter break stay.

Property just as advertised! Easy to access, clean and fully stocked! Convenient to local beaches and other attractions. Property manager was responsive and easy to deal with. Major plus was the heated pool and spas available so our kids could swim even with the weather in the 50s and 60s. Would stay again!

Great Stay in Dana Point

The property has been recently remodeled, and was pristine clean, even to my wife standards which are very high. We had one issue, trying to figure out how to set the lock in the door, but the owner responded immediately, which was great. Overall, a good experience and we would certainly rent it again.

My sister and I had a very nice stay while we were visiting Disneyland. It was relatively in the middle of Anaheim and San Diego which worked out nice for us. The place was clean and comfortable. It felt great to be in a gated community. I would recommend this to others.

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful condo! Clean, spacious and super comfortable beds. The 2nd bedroom did have 2 twin beds which was fine for us but a larger person would have a hard time fitting in them. Great kitchen…fully stocked and even had plenty of spices and oils to use. Great grill also. They have a beach closet with chairs, umbrellas and towels which was fantastic. Good pool and hot tub. Great location and the path to the beach was a 15 minute beautiful walk. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

80‘s Style Apartment

The Appartement is clean and big enough for a Family. But now that we know what Dana Point has to offer, it is much to expensive. For this price you can get so many better places to stay.

Great Condo

Very nicely decorated condo, lots of attention to detail, quiet, close to the beach. Parking pass provided for free Salt Creek and other County Beach parking. Beach chairs and other beach equipment provided. Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials and more. Just a pleasure to stay here. Make sure you find the walking path to the beach through the neighborhood and then through the Monarch Beach golf course. Very scenic.

Great place to stay

The unit lived up to the great expectations from the listing. There was everything we needed and more to have a comfortable and nice stay within a mile of the beach. Check in process was simple and communication with the Property Manager was helpful. No issues with the unit or stay, would highly recommend to anyone.

Property was very nice. Close to everything but very quiet. We have stayed at a number of Ritz Point properties over the past 7 years. This was one of the best. Real plus was more parking close to the unit than most other unit there.

Three week winter vacation

The condo was terrific, updated and comfortable, just as described. We loved the scenic walk to the beach, as well as the convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants.

Attractive and comfortable

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Pointe condo. The condo has everything one might need, including a washer and dryer and perfectly out-fitted, convenient kitchen. The decor is bright and cheerful, and everything was immaculate. My only suggestion might be to consider upgrading the king size mattress. Otherwise, we were very, very pleased with our stay, and highly recommend it, including for its location.

The condo was very well appointed including everything you need in the kitchen and lots of beach stuff in the 'beach closet'. The complex is quiet and has a steep but beautiful 1 mile walk to Salt Creek Beach. Thanks for a great week!

This is a well kept condo that is just as pictured. It is well appointed with everything you would if you choose to stay in and cook. Nice pool, friendly neighbors in a gated community minutes to the beach, dining and shopping.

Good location and very clean

We had a lovely time at Carla's condo. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen is the most well-appointed of any unit we've rented. The beach toys and chairs were a nice touch. There are tons of clean towels and bathmats in the linen closet, also a nice touch. The onsite pool and hot tub are very nice and a quick walk from the condo. The condo is a short drive to Dana Point and the neighboring beaches. Things to note: The condo is the first building on the right (or left, depending on the entrance you use) when you enter the complex. We drove around the first day looking for it. The hot tub overlooking the ocean as it the far end of the complex. If you want to drive, drive to building 38 (I think), at the end of the complex and park there. The hot tub is not on the condo complex map and the directions in the in-unit binder to find it send you on a walk past other people's lawns. The neighboring units have dogs that bark when anyone walks by. From the dining room you can hear the people in the unit above you talking/watching tv. There is a patio, but we didn't use it. The patio and unit is adjacent to other buildings and the path people take to walk their dogs. The condo is a great deal and if you're looking to stay near Dana Point without spending an arm and a leg, Carla's condo is a great place to stay.

Good location.

Very convenient location. The property manager is friendly and helpful. The unit is clean and well stocked. The pool was open but the spas were closed. I believe they are being upgraded. Given the proximity to the beach we never used the pool area.
