Ce charmant trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain contemporaines dort 8 et est idéalement situé près du ferry, centre-ville et des plages. Cette maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec plafond cathédrale, puits de lumière, planchers de bois franc, un sous-sol salle de loisirs fini (w / table de ping-pong) et de l'air conditionné partout. Les équipements de la maison incluent également la télévision par câble, un lecteur DVD Blu-Ray avec plus de 80 titres de films sur DVD, de nombreux jeux de société, un accès Internet sans fil (Wi-Fi), une radio Bose, une laverie complète, un lave-vaisselle, un gril à gaz extérieur et douche. Une minute à pied Tisbury courts de tennis de la ville. Trois minutes à pied du lac Tashmoo où vous pourrez profiter des couchers de soleil sur le quai. Great MV Trip

Our trip was only made better by staying at 16 Moonstone Way. The house was perfect for our trip. It was clean and fully equipped. Anything that we needed was at the house. Tom was very accommodating and responsive. We would highly recommend this house and owner.

Perfect spot!

Our family came to the Vineyard for the MV Marathon. This lovely home was perfect for our stay and even nicer than what is depicted online. The home was immaculate, well stocked, and in a perfect location. The gracious host gave us great information and made it easy to contact the property manager if needed. Quiet, yet close to everything. We would Definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful and perfect stay here! The house is spacious and inviting for our family of four. Our kids loved the bunk beds and there were plenty of toys, games and books to keep their attention after days at the beach. The house is in a perfect location so that within a short drive we could get where we needed. We highly recommend the property and hope to return for another stay in the future.

Has everything you could need

4 day weekend for son’s wedding, 4 people, plenty of room, close to everything, had every kitchen tool you could ever need. New, clean grill. Superbly decorated and clean. Seems and smells brand new. Zero complaints.

Great rental!

We spent Thanksgiving on the Vineyard and rented the home from Tom & Julie and we had a very relaxing three days. The house was completely stocked and very clean (which I very much appreciate). The entire process was very well organized...easy check in and out. The kids loved the lower level game room and we all enjoyed the large selection of board games. I highly recommend...thanks for making our stay so great!

clean, comfortable, well-appointed, convenient

Very nice, cozy yet still spacious. There were just the two of us, but it could easily accommodate 6+ people without getting crowded. Convenient to town, but far enough away to feel relatively secluded. Booking with the owner Tom was easy and he provided plenty of info both prior to arrival and in-home via brochures, etc. Home is very well kept up, clean, and has all the items needed to cook, etc. We were very happy with our experience, and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Vacation

We spent the last week at Tom and Julie’s home and had an amazing experience. The house was clean and as described in the listing. The new kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked for any cooking needs. The kids enjoyed the game room in the basement, The back deck and patio offer a beautiful backdrop for eating outside. The house is a perfect distance from Vineyard Haven. Tom is a great communicator and even had a bottle of wine and gift card waiting forever us. Thanks foe sharing your home. We had a fantastic trip!

Can't wait to return!

I can't say enough good things about our stay and Tom and Julie's beautiful home! Tom was super communicative and helpful every step of the way, from encouraging us to buy ferry tickets to answering my questions about beach chairs and umbrellas. The rental itself was perfectly clean (more important--and more appreciated--than ever right now), spacious, close to town and beaches, and well-equipped. It has everything you need for the beach, lobster dinner, movie marathon, or family tennis or basketball tournament. And arriving to find a bottle of wine and a gift card to a local restaurant was an unexpected and wonderful extra touch! Thanks for an amazing stay We can't wait to come visit again!

Wonderful

This is absolutely a wonderful home to rent on Martha's Vineyard. It is large, comfortable and clean. Every convenience was thoughtfully provided (kitchen appliances, even an expresso machine, dish washer, washer and dryer, plus lots of seating in living room with big flat screen TV, wi-fi, outdoor shower, even games and puzzles for kids, plus ping pong and small basketball game in basement). Three bedrooms: two queen beds and 2 sets of bunkbeds with full bath on the first and second floor! The owners were very accessible. We will definitely return again! It is by far the best rental we have ever had, thank you Tom and Julie!

The Best on the Island

This was by far my favorite VRBO. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and prepared. We were greeted with a handwritten note welcoming us, along with chilled wine. The host book covered everything from how to operate the remotes, to lists of menus for dinner reservations. The beds comfortable and the rooms generous in size. While we didn't cook, the kitchen is amply supplied for any who do. The home is located close to town. We walked it several times. In a quiet neighborhood a short block away from the waterfront and tennis courts. An Uber ride will cost around $10 if you prefer a ride to town. In town, the best restuarants we found were The Attic (for dinner) and Waterside Market (for coffee and sandwiches), both recommendations from our hosts. If you are a senior you can buy a bus pass for $5 and easily get around the island. We went to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, Aquinniah, etc. No need for a car. The weather hampered our initial plans but we adjusted and the living facility of the rental provided a comfortable alternative for hanging out together. The deck looked inviting and we'd have enjoyed it had the weather allowed. We used Martha's Linens for the linen rental. They did a great job. Everyone on the island were kind and helpful and often humorous. This is the perfect place for families and/or friends to gather. Tom is a wonderful host, quick to respond to any concerns. This is an excellent choice to rent.

Ocean Views 24/7

The host Tom Sneed thought of everything to make our stay very pleasant. The home is very comfortable with ample room including 4 bedrooms and a large Den All amenities were provided - the home is located in an ideal part of the island - right in the middle of everything It is a short walk to the town for spectacular restaurants and shopping. This home is very close to Lake tashmoo where many of the local commerical fisherman and lobsterman come in to port - a fun learning experience each day Marthas Vineyard has spectacular ocean views on EVERY side of its shores. There are small cities, harbors, mountains, and beaches everywhere. The water on this island is crystal clear exactly the same color as the tropical waters of the southeast and southwest coats of Florida. You can literally see the bottom for the equivalent of a football field, I spent most of my life fishing and this island is inundated with striped bass on every shore. I caught stripers EVERY day trying each coast line north south east and west. This trip to MV was a true success for us and this property was wonderful thank you Tom, Roger and families for making us so welcome and comfortable

Incredible Getaway

Our stay was perfect—the home is a lovely contemporary cape on a quiet road near Lake Tashmoo and walking distance to Vineyard Haven’s downtown—-tastefully decorated and incredible clean, we felt it was the perfect retreat from our busy lives back home and with a new baby. Tom and Julie were amazing hosts and went above and beyond!

Beautiful, convenient home, perfect summer getaway

We had a fantastic stay on the Vineyard. Tom was very helpful right from the beginning. We had never been to the Vineyard before and he emailed us with many helpful tips both for the home, and for the island in general. The house was everything that we had hoped for - spacious with a lot of natural light and a modern interior. We have 2 young children - a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old, and the house was set up perfectly for a family - great kitchen for cooking, and many toys/games as well as a large common space. The location was perfect for exploring all different parts of the island. We had a very memorable first vacation on the vineyard and we will definitely be back.

Excellent host and house

We cannot overstate how much we loved staying at this immaculate, well-stocked home on Vineyard Haven. Just a two minute walk to Lake Tashmoo and a short drive to the shops in Vineyard Haven. The owners were great communicators, and accommodating in every way. We had a memorable stay.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at the house for several days to attend a local wedding. The house is wonderful. Very clean and updated and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Tom was a wonderful host, very hospitable and helpful. I highly recommend this property, especially for families. My children loved the basement and the bunk beds.
