You'll be living it up just a stone's throw from the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. This wonderful, upper floor condo has been fully re-designed with a modern zen design style. Situated in Plaza Villas, just two blocks from all the exciting downtown boutiques, restaurants and craft bars.



Inviting Living Space

Stretch out, relax, and put on a movie on the Large Smart TV. The spacious living room, with comfortable furniture and attached outdoor balcony, is ideal for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The dining area accommodates 4. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to easily prepare a quick snack or a holiday feast. There's a full set of small appliances including Keurig and a drip coffee machine with a package of our favorite locally-roasted beans. The 3-Burner outdoor grill on your patio adds cooking options to your meal plan.



Poolside

Two large heated pools compete for your attention at Plaza Villas. Ample tables and lounge chairs are provided for your use. After your swim, take a break in the bubbly hot tub — lean back and enjoy the mountain views and starry nights.



Bedside

The bedrooms are relaxing sanctuaries outfitted with plush, generous bedding. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, alarm clock, and a phone charger. Primary Suite 1 has a King bed, Smart TV on the wall, and en suite bathroom with shower over tub. Primary Suite 2 has a Queen bed, a seating area at a sunny window, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have high ceilings and share access to another outdoor patio.



Courtside

If floating in the pool and hot-tubbing aren’t enough, a private tennis court is ready for action. Conversion striping for Pickelball is available!

Up to 2 dogs welcome with $150 per Dog Fee (taxable). Sorry, no cats. Some breeds excluded due to insurance or HOA restrictions.

There's 1 dedicated, covered parking spot, plus guest spaces.



Renter must agree to provide photo ID and sign separate rental contact as required for all vacation rentals by the City of Palm Springs. Per Palm Springs City rules, music is not allowed to be heard outside the unit at any time.



Bonus: The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay.
