This lovely and updated 2 story home is located on the south end of Cayucos, with easy access to either Morro Bay or Cayucos, and has incredible ocean views from its elevated location. The sunshine and views can be enjoyed from the deck off of the living and dining rooms or from inside the spacious and welcoming living room. For cooler days, cozy up on the comfortable couch and enjoy a warm fire in the wood burning fireplace while watching a movie on the mounted flat screen TV (but note there is no cable and only streaming services). The kitchen has a new gas range with griddle and oven and has everything you need to cook like you're at home. There are stools for 2 at the breakfast bar or seating for 8 at the dining room table - with an ocean view! The upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and very spacious walk in closet, as well as a desk for a quiet work space. The bathroom upstairs has been beautifully remodeled with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Downstairs are two more bedrooms; one with one queen bed and a second with two queens - perfect for siblings who don't want to share a bed! There is also a full bathroom downstairs with a combination shower/tub. The garage can be used for storage of bicycles or kayaks and houses the washer and dryer as well as a Traeger barbecue. Well behaved pets welcome with additional fee. Come and live like a local for awhile - you won't regret it!
