Amazing home with great spaces for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids to eat, play, and hangout. The hosts were helpful when we couldn’t figure out the amazing arcade game and helped us get it working over FaceTime. We would love to stay hear again!

The place was perfect - big enough to have fun with guests, tons of amenities, great views, great balconies and outdoor space. Everything was clean, functional, and best of all, the hosts were incredible. Super accommodating. Super responsive. Don't hesitate. This is a great property in a great town.

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family vacation. The decks, living space and bedrooms were perfect. The sauna and hot tub were spectacular. The communication with the host was quick, helpful and friendly!! We would highly recommend this house and host!!

Beautiful place! Nicely updated. Great view and quick drive to the boat rental. We stayed with 14 people and there was plenty of room for us to gather and space out when needed. The teens loved the games, hot tub and fire pit. We had an amazing 5 days and 4 nights here and would definitely come back!

This lake house is absolutely gorgeous!! It was perfect for our family which included eight adults and three young children. Michael was an amazing host … so communicative. He even bought a highchair and an extra pack and play so that way we didn’t have to bring our own! The house is well stocked and has a great layout allowing for lazy mornings and family dinners together. It’s also in a perfect location to explore all that the area has to offer… it’s close to Canandaigua as well as Naples, Grimes Glen Park and only an hour from Watkins Glen State Park. Our very favorite was Onanda Park which was just 5 minutes away… a gorgeous lakefront beach that we spent several days at. One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at … I’m already thinking about when we can visit again!

The house was spacious, very clean and attractive. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and concerns, including our waking one morning to having no hot water. Greg contacted a plumber and came to us to wait for his arrival. We then went on our way to enjoy our vacation day. He then contacted us to say the new water heater was in place and working. He also left us a gift card in consideration of the morning inconvenience.

Wonderful home for family reunion

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. We had gathered from across the country for a reunion and a memorial and the house was the absolute perfect place for our family. The home is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We loved the decor and the amazing views. The owners truly did an amazing job - great attention to detail and they were friendly, communicative and helpful. Cant say enough good things about this place.

I cannot rave enough about our stay at this property! Everything was so great, I just kept waiting for there to be a catch but it never came. The property was clean, spacious, just as listed, and had everything we needed. Michael, the host, was SO responsive and pleasant. From booking to checking out, this was the best rental experience I’ve ever had.

Summer getaway

The property was immaculate! I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this property was above expectations. Views were gorgeous, freshly renovated and modernized. Beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a VRBO. Felt like home. Location is a great jumping off point for wineries and hikes. Would HIGHLY recommend this property. Finally, the owners are extremely responsive and helpful.

The perfect bachelorette weekend

Our group of 12 really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, decorated well, and had plenty of room! We were so happy we could all eat together around the big dining room table. There is so much deck room with the multi levels and a fantastic view. The driveway is pretty steep but there was plenty of room for us to park. Michael was a great communicator. The location was great, we enjoyed hikes and a wine tour all close by! Would recommend this for a group of friends or a large family!

This was a perfect place for our family of 11 (ages 3 to grandparents) to gather for a week. The house is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well supplied with every possible tool, the views from the multiple porches are awesome. The host was extremely responsive within minutes and very flexible. No lakefront but beaches close by. I can’t be positive enough to do this justice.

The house was more than we expected. All of the listed amenities exceeded our expectations, and the home itself is beautiful. It comfortably accommodated our entire family and was the perfect place for us to celebrate Christmas together. We were a bit concerned about the weather, but as promised, the driveway was cleared and salted before our departure, which we really appreciated. Communication with the host, Michael, was outstanding—he always responded quickly to our messages. If all goes well, we hope to return again next year.

Perfect Memorial Day Getaway – Beautiful Home with Thoughtful TouchesPerfect Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property over Memorial Day weekend. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—plus some fun surprises, like an ice cream maker that inspired us to spontaneously make homemade ice cream! The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. The house is in a great location - right on the lake with beautiful views of the water and also near town. The host is incredibly kind and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this home for a fun and relaxing getaway and would book again in a heartbeat!

AMAZING LOCATION

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, THE OWNERS ARE AS WELL. EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT YOUR DISPOSAL. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, IF YOU WANT A GETAWAY FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY OR JUST A SMALL GROUP THIS IS THE PALCE TO BE. SO MUCH TO DO, NOT FAR FROM STORES AND TOWN. THERE WERE GAMES FOR CHILDREN, THE MASTER BEDROOM IS AWESOME, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE. THE OWNERS WERE SO ACCOMADATING, SUCH A PEACFUL AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. SORRY FOR THE CAPS GOT STARTED AND WELL I JUST KEPT IT GOING.

This was a beautiful, updated, clean property for our group of 11 to thoroughly enjoy. We were looking for a nice place to spread out, be comfortable, play games, enjoy the view and listen to great albums in the Record Room ( Bonus) . It is hard to get all of what you want for a larger group but this did it. You never hear , "Hey this beds is better than the one I have at home"., but we did here . Communication was immediate and friendly. Luckily the house was fantastic because the weather was not. We would love to make this our yearly sibling meet up spot!!
