Biggest issue we faced was that car passes for the community were never provided, even after this issues was pointed out several times and there was acknowledgement by the management company that their team would resolve the matter. In the end we did not need the car passes as we were mostly in business meetings elsewhere. However I can see how this would be a problem for a family or group staying in the community throughout the day and using the recreation amenities.

Home is centrally located to most Pocono attractions within about a 30 minute drive. The house was clean and reasonably well equipped. We found the bedding to be very comfortable. The steps leading to the lower and upper floors are steep so note that if that could be an issue for you. The hot tub was very clean and worked well. The game room was a blast, we had fun with the Pac-Man game and the pool table. Lots of board games, and also small container of books for young children. The gas fireplace was a huge hit also. There is a playground near the property that is perfect for toddlers and young kids. The view of the sunrise over the lake from the back bedrooms, dining room and kitchen is worth the price of the rental; I'm actually a little surprised there are no pics of this in the description. The HOA rules and fines seemed very intimidating at first, but we followed the rules and did not have any trouble. They do keep the area nice. We did have some maintenance issues during our stay. The most serious ones were addressed by the property manager in a timely fashion, and the rest did not impact our stay. Highly recommended, hope to be able to return for another visit in the future.

Great house. Close to local activities. House was clean but could use a spring cleaning (dust, etc). Hot tub and pool table were fun. Very close to beach. We were told parking passes were required and never delivered, even after multiple requests - which denied us access to use the trash dumpster. Also, halfway through the stay the thermostat was locked and we could not control the temperature of the house.

Great stay

We had a great stay, four couples and four children under 2. Fun and family friendly area, comfortable house with a great yard and hang out spots. The managing company for the property made it seamless and provided all information we needed.

A lot of space for a group

The house was better than I expected, and all the space made it great for when smaller groups wanted to do their own thing without everyone being crammed into one space. I would definitely rent it again!

Family getaway

We came to the Poconos to be together as a family for a few days. The home was lovely and welcoming and very clean. Location close to lake, pool, and park was great and enjoyed meals and quality time out on the deck! Would definitely book again. Only hiccup was given the wrong entry code upon check in and had to wait some time for a correct one to be sent over.

Very clean and well maintained property

It was a very easy process to check in and check out process. The place was very clean and well maintained. The property provided all the basic utensils you would need to prepare meals and made it very easy to find with the proper labeling throughout the house. I would definitely rebook in the near future.

Family of 7

Stayed over in August. Upon arrival the home was very clean and in order. We settled in very easy. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to be happy. We enjoyed the beach and pool. Everything was beautiful and peaceful. We fell in love with it all. We now call it our fave vacation place.
