This 4BR/3.5BA retreat is perfect for families and groups, featuring a spa-like master suite, spacious loft, large deck with hot tub, and unbeatable location—just two blocks from the island pool and near the best community amenities Arrowhead has to offer. Experience luxury lake living like never before! Unlike the typical cottages and cabins nearby, this modern home is designed for families and small groups seeking the perfect weekend getaway or retreat.



Pocodobe comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms.

ARROWHEAD COMMUNITY FEES:

Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for guests age 6 and up. These fees are collected by owner and paid to the HOA. **NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY**



**In Season = Memorial Day to Labor Day**

- Overnight Guests and Day Guests (In-Season): $8.50 per person per day

- Overnight Guests and Day Guests (Off-Season): $2.00 per person per day

- Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle

- Transaction/Processing Fee: $20



Registration and payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival. Late registrations (less than 3 days before arrival) are subject to a $100 late fee.



House Rules:

- Minimum age requirement is 25 years old for non-family groups

- Maximum of 10 guests

- Parking limited to 4 cars; no RVs or trailers

- No pets allowed

The Neighborhood:

Your stay is located in the private, gated Arrowhead Lake Community, one of the Poconos’ most popular year-round destinations. Guests enjoy access to two beautiful lakes, three sandy beaches, outdoor pools (seasonal), playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and miles of peaceful walking trails. The community is quiet, friendly, and perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking to relax in nature while still being close to nearby attractions, skiing, hiking, and restaurants.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended when staying in Arrowhead Lake, as the community is spread out and public transportation is limited. All roads within the community are paved and easy to navigate, and parking is available at the home as well as at the beaches, pools, lodge, and other amenities. Major Pocono attractions—like skiing, hiking, restaurants, and shopping—are within a short, scenic drive.

Guests let themselves in via a Smart Lock and have no owner interaction (but we are always available via a text or call!)
