This is a beautiful 3bd/1ba home built in the 1970s. It was fully renovated this year and offers the perfect escape with a fenced in back yard and an outside seating area. All bedrooms have spacious closets with drawers and queen size beds.

You are minutes away from 1-75, 301, and 41, 5 mins away from restaurants, grocery stores, and local beach/boat lift access. You can reach Tampa and Ybor in 20mins, and you are 45 mins away from the larger beaches like St. Pete, Clearwater, FT. Desoto (dog friendly), and Anna Maria.
- There is a zero tolerance policy on parties and large gatherings. If you throw a party or host a large gathering you will be asked to leave immediately.

- Pets are allowed. Please keep them inside, on your private patio, in your private yard/driveway, or leashed at all times.

- Please try and keep pets off the furniture. A pet blanket can be found in the bookshelf. This can be placed either on the floor or on the furniture to help keep things clean of dirt and pet hair.

- Smoking and Vaping is allowed outdoors only. Use of illegal substances is not allowed at all.

- Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am

- Please turn off electronics and lights when you leave

- Please park all vehicles in the driveway or in the grass to the right of the driveway
