Master bedroom with a queen bed and dressing room with a Futon sofa bed. Second bed room has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a two single beds.
There is a fully open kitchen with a water view, washer, dryer, grill, iron, hair dryer, pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee machine, blender, toaster, oven etc.

Pool is maintained weekly. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 week. Children not allowed in pool without adult supervision.
Beautiful ocean view with a dock. Can go fishing.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the enter property. No parties or event. After 10 pm don't make noise around pool area.
NO Pets are allowed.
No smoking inside the house.
Tampa International Airport 26 Miles, Bush garden 21 miles, Orlando attraction 1 hour drive.

Loved it!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved having the dock to fish off of and the pool to cool off in. The house is super convenient for restaurants and shopping. Will definitely book again in the future.

This property is a beautiful house and location. The canal view is stunning, but we were disappointed by the condition of the pool enclosure and the upkeep of the yard. A good handyman and a caring owner could turn this into a five star property in a day or two!

Overall nice property but needs improvements

Pool and access to the bay was nice. Property was fairly clean but could have been cleaner, floors were still dirty. All furniture needs updated, couches worn out and hole in one. Yard was very unkept with tall grass and overgrown landscaping. Thermostat was programmed to go up to 80 at night and was very uncomfortable. Owner failed to resolve situation. No TV in master bedroom. Was unclear how to use keypad for check-in and had to call owner. Was not worth what i paid in my opinion.

Perfect for Family and with a View

This was a perfect place for our vacation. It had more than enough room for us and for my Florida Family that stopped by to visit. It is in a very safe area which was a top priority and the view was so pretty and peaceful that we spent most of our time on the Lanai taking-in the beautiful bay and swimming in the heated pool. My family that came to visit all said they are recommending it as a place to stay when their other families come to Florida to vacation/visit. Thank You to the Owner for hosting a beautiful, safe, and affordable place to vacation. -Darlayne (Indiana)

Nice and close to the restaurants at Apollo Beach. Pool was warm and with a nice water view. Would recommend and stay here again.

Too late to turn back

Messy yard, broken screen on pool cover, pool wasn't heated, no bar stools, no tv in the main suite and one other room, no ice from ice maker. Kitchen nice and master bath. Property looks like it is being renovated but is not ready to be rented for the price paid. Very disappointing

Great location in Apollo beach

We stayed for a spring vacation .. we’re former 2nd home owners at Apollo beach .. the house is in a great location .. close to restaurants, grocery stores , post office, liquor stores .. the pool gets a lot of sun .plenty of room in thr house , great seat on thr dock to enjoy the sun . the owner is very responsive to fix issues .. the cookware isn’t the greatest but the house is otherwise a good spot ..

Perfect Waterside Retreat

This was the perfect waterside retreat for my little family of 5 to get away for spring break. We fished on the dock and swam in the heated pool. Kitchen is well stocked and the grill looked brand new. My son liked boating in the kayak. Jose turned the heater on before we came and showed up to clean the pool during our stay. Definitely recommend.

Our Idea of Perfect Waterfront Fun

Selected this location so we could bring our own boat and explore Tampa from the water, so this home was perfect for that. A short boat ride to the TECO Manatee Viewing Area, so we got to see lots of manatees there. Also went all the way into Tampa and explored its port and river, which is a point of view most never get. House is well equipped and as described. Minor items outdated and delayed maintenance issues noted, but nothing to disturbed the overall stay. Quiet residential area and good services/restaurants nearby. Some delay in communication with the owner close to our stay due to him being out of the country, but ultimately he was able to address the delayed check-in information and other details.

Property is very nice and has everything you need. Took a couple days for the pool to warm up to a good temp., but Owner was great about helping to get it going.

Good stay

It’s a beautiful house. Pool was amazing after the second day. Pump was off, owner came turned it in and put chemicals in. It was still mostly green the second day so I brush the bottom of the pool and the next day it was clear. It just kept him from having to come back out. The use of the garage was perfect!! Great f you have a boat, the dock has a lift. Dock was always a peaceful place to sit.

Worth a shot

Reserved for 5 nights. Was looking forward to a quiet place with a pool on the water close to a beach. Never received information on how to gain access to house. I had to reach out to owner in order to get door code. The beach down the road is a nature preserve and you are not allowed to get in the water. The pool was green and unusable. Contacted owner and he showed up quickly in hopes of fixing it. However the pool was to far gone for us to be able to use it during our stay. We decided to check out after 2 nights and find something that fulfilled our needs. Beautiful house Pool Beach Quite neighborhood Inside temp of house auto programmed to set at 78 degrees at 1am every morning. Can't swim at local beach No swimming off dock Pool was unusable
