Sentez-vous à la maison pendant que vous êtes en vacances! L'unité 101 est un condo d'île mis à jour très populaire, face à un jardin serein et luxuriant de bananiers, de palmiers et de fleurs tropicales. Il est joliment décoré et situé à quelques pas de la plage, de la piscine et des courts de tennis. Cette unité particulière est livré avec tout ce que vous attendez et bien plus encore. La cuisine très bien équipée comprend une machine à café Keurig, une cafetière filtre à goutte, un robot culinaire Cuisinart et une mijoteuse. Les autres équipements incluent deux sèche-cheveux, 3 télévisions par satellite à écran plat et lecteurs de DVD (lecteurs Blu-ray dans le salon et les studios maîtres), une radio stéréo avec lecteur CD, un fer et une table à repasser et un coffre-fort personnel. L'unité 101 a le plan d'étage préféré de l'unité finale, idéalement situé au premier étage avec un parking juste devant votre porte. La suite principale agrandie comprend un coin salon, un lit king confortable, un dressing et une salle de bain privée avec double vasque. La deuxième chambre spacieuse a des lits jumeaux mais peut être transformée en roi sur demande. Le grand et lumineux salon / salle à manger mène à une véranda grillagée de 25 pieds donnant sur les jardins tropicaux luxuriants. Les autres équipements incluent des ventilateurs de plafond, une climatisation centrale, un canapé-lit queen-size, du linge de maison et un paquet de départ de savons, de produits en papier et de café. Des chaises de plage, des parapluies et des flotteurs sont fournis dans cette unité. Des serviettes de plage sont disponibles à la location ou à l’achat auprès de notre bureau sur place. Le Sanibel Siesta propose une piscine chauffée aux eaux cristallines, une connexion Wi-Fi, un service de location de vélos, des courts de tennis, un jeu de palets, des barbecues au gaz, une laverie, des ascenseurs et une douche de rinçage extérieure pour vos pieds de sable. Le quartier calme est idéal pour la marche et le vélo. Craquez pour notre plage paisible et intacte et notre style de vie décontracté sur l'île de Sanibel. Des coquillages et des oiseaux de rivage à gogo! Levers et couchers de soleil spectaculaires! Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité d'un parcours de golf et de restaurants, ainsi que d'un accès immédiat à nos pistes cyclables primées! L'occupation maximale est de 6, y compris les enfants et les nourrissons. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés.

Negative: Pictures of listing site are a little mis-leading, as I thought we'd have one of the rooms in the three bldgs shown, with at least some view. Doesn't show the fourth bldg, an additional 50 yrds away, with no views (which just so happens to be the one we were in).No actual check-in communication from VRBO or Sanibel Siesta, thank heavens a "security guard" (who was locking gates) just so happened to stop by to help us get the info we needed.Plus: Unit we rented was very clean and spacious.

Great beach Condo

Loved the property, very spacious and clean. Had a fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom was much bigger than in the picture. Had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Great beach vacation

Would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and just as pictured. Short walk to beach and the beach chairs and supplies in the closet a bonus! Quiet area and lots of paths for walking or biking.

Great Vacation Spot!

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was exactly as described on the listing and the customer service was top notch...from the wonderful women who work in the office to the very helpful property manager to having bikes and beach towels and beach chairs available to the inclusion of key basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. We would 100% stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We had a lovely time in Sanibel! The apartment/ condo was perfect for our family of 5. This unit is one of the furthest from the beach, but it is exactly a 5 minute walk from the door to the water! SO close.

Great condo!

We loved this property. Had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, etc! The heated pool felt great! The condo had plenty of space, the master bedroom and closet are huge!! We will definitely stay again

Beautiful Condo!

Everything was wonderful at this condominium! We loved the kitchen and all the amenities it has, new appliances, etc. We cooked a lot there and it was very accommodating! We loved the porch to put our towels and rest on the chairs and not have to worry about the bugs coming in! Everything was easy to get to, the pool is accessible and well-kept, and the location being on the first floor was convenient bringing in/out luggage through the back door. We will try and reserve this condo again when we come back to Sanibel! Thankyou!

Great condo!

Stayed here in March for a girls trip! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was not far at all. My only complaint is that one of my friends twin bed kept falling apart. There weren’t. Slats under the mattress and one of them kept falling.

We had a lovely visit. We loved the property and how close it was to the beach. It was clean and quiet. There was a broken hair dryer in the master bath and the tub drain was very slow. It may have been nice to have salt and pepper there. Other than that we loved it and would recommend others to stay.

Nice condo with nice amenities

We used VRBO to rent this property. The process was very smooth. We had a ground level unit which was great for my mom, but there was also an elevator for the upper floors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some extra amenities with the condo that were appreciated such as beach umbrellas and chairs. The property sits right on the beach, so it was just a short walk to the beach from our unit. We would stay here again.

Couldn't ask for more!

I'd love to keep this unit a secret but I owe it to other vacationers to review it. Our family LOVED this unit! It felt so comfortable and homey. It was obviously put together with care and love by the owner. Decorated just right, it was on the ground floor for easy access to beach and pool, quiet, roomy, and so very very clean (one of my biggest criteria). The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. We made one big trip to the grocery and never left the island again. Beyond the unit itself, the staff at Sanibel Siesta was wonderfully helpful and nice. Pool was large and clean, and the shelling at the beach was beyond amazing.

Sanibel Stay

The proximity to the beach was the absolute best part of the stay. We went to the beach every single day. The amenities were great with a pool, laundry, and full kitchen. The beach chairs were also very nice to have as well. There were two things I would recommend for the unit. One is that when we arrived, it was pretty musty, and this aggravated both myself and my partners allergies. I would recommend regular cleaning of the air filters in the AC unit. Secondly, on the sliding glass doors, the stickers are helpful, however it is still very hard to tell if the door is open or not. My partner has diminished eye sight in his left eye and walked right into the glass with his martini. I would recommend a colorful sticker for the sliding glass doors as this would be helpful for those with poor eyesight. Otherwise, the unit was great and we had a wonderful time and would stay at in your unit again in the future. Thank you, Colton
