- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
-House has 4 Kayaks, one is a double kayak.
- There is a camera facing the front door, as well as exterior cameras facing the dock and gate.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
- The hot tub is not available for guest use.
- Built in microwave oven is non-operational but the home also an oven and a countertop microwave is also provided.

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking is available for up to 7 vehicles.
- Cars cannot be parked outside of the gate.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
