Welcome to Lakefront Living, where luxury meets tranquility making for the best getaway with family or friends! Lakeside getaway with upscale amenities. 5-bed, 4.5 bath vacation rental located in a desired area of Mooresville. Incredible views of Lake Norman! Nearby dining, shopping and grocery. With a big lake, parks, golf courses, & other attractions close by, fill your time exploring all that the Lake Norman area has to offer and return home with memories for a lifetime.

5 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms, large deck overlooking Lake Norman. Under the deck there is a large bar area with an outdoor TV. Fenced in back yard with a play set for kids. The garage contains foosball, air hockey and more games for entertaining. The entire house was fully renovated in 2022 with high end finishings. Large concrete driveway, with an added basketball hoop.

Amazing House

My wife and I have been renting different houses around Lake Norman for Christmas for the past 5 years. We do it to bring all the family together. This house was absolutely perfect. It was better than the pictures. We had my wife, myself and our new born (stayed in the master). My sister in law, her husband and two kids (3 and 6) they took the upstairs. My mother in law also stayed and took a downstairs bedroom. One day we had my wife's brother, wife and 3 kids (2, 4, 6) come for lunch and dinner. Kitchen has everything you need and plenty of seating for everyone

A lovely weekend on the lake

My family’s stay with 4 kids 3 and under was great! The house is set up perfectly for a large group, and the dock was amazing to hang out on and tie up our rented boat

Wonderful family location

The home was a perfect spot for a family get-together. I was well furnished, spacious, and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room, kayaks and swimming off the pool. The location was great for tubing. We enjoyed it very much.

Excellent Stay

Property was beautiful and Southern Charm was extremely responsive to our needs... Including having spatulas delivered to the residence and correcting problems with the AC very quickly. We're looking to plan a future vacation on Lake Norman with Southern Charm management.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay at this house. There was a lot of thought given to all the things you might need during the stay. The house was beautiful and the fenced yard was a selling point for us. It's hard to beat the view from the back deck overlooking the lake at night. Hope we get a chance to stay again!

Great family vacation spot

We had a great time. The house is super clean. The management company was friendly and very responsive. For a family that loves to cook together this was the perfect place! The kitchen is extremely well stocked for people who love to cook. Blender, hand mixer, sandwich press, crockpot, 4 slice toaster, pot & pod coffee maker, extensive pots & pans, lots of utensils, large refrigerator/freezer, 6 burner gas stove. We couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen! Huge completely fenced yard make for 2 very happy grand-puppies!! Kayaks and game room made for 2 very happy grandchildren. The quality of linens was excellent. The only downside was the lack of towel racks in the bathrooms but the showers were large and modern. It was agreed by all that this would be a place we would return!

Relaxing weekend stay

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for a 40th birthday celebration. The home is in a very quiet location and has interrupted views of Lake Norman. The home is well equipped with the host thinking of everything to make your stay fun and comfortable with games room being well received by all in party, children and adults. Southern Charm are extremely helpful and responsive and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this or one of their other homes again.
