La propriété surplombant directement la baie de Fiascherino à Tellaro, dans l'extraordinaire Golfe des Poètes, est située dans un grand jardin en contact direct avec la falaise et la mer dans un tronçon non ouvert au public.
Pour atteindre l'entrée de la propriété, il y a un vol de grandes marches, environ 30 mètres (33 grandes marches au total).
Le jardin est presque entièrement une pelouse avec des buissons, de grands arbres et des essences précieuses de petite taille. Le jardin est également traversé par plusieurs allées et courts escaliers en pierre, et est ouvert de tous côtés sur la mer et la ligne d'horizon magique avec palmaria e portovenere.
La propriété se compose de la villa principale sur deux niveaux, composée de 4 chambres doubles, 4 salles de bains, buanderie, grande cuisine, salon et salle à manger, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse donnant directement sur la mer (le salon et une salle à manger sont entourées de cinq grandes portes-fenêtres sur la terrasse de la maison et sont équipées de table en fer forgé, canapé et fauteuils), et la "dépendance" sur deux niveaux comprenant un salon et une salle à manger, avec cuisine et salle de bain à l'étage et deux chambres doubles, une avec terrasse privée, et une grande terrasse au premier étage. Sur la terrasse de la mer, il y a un barbecue en pierre naturelle où vous pouvez faire cuire des grillades avec du poisson et de la viande en contact direct avec la mer. Sur la mer, vous avez une plate-forme plate avec des fonds marins privés. Le pittoresque village de tellaro est à cinq minutes à pied, et la ville de Lerici, qui est un site touristique populaire, est à dix minutes en voiture ou en bus.
L'endroit est bien relié aux environs et surplombe le golfe des Poètes juste en face de Portovenere et du quartier des Cinque Terre.

Beautiful seaside setting and well-stocked, comfortable villa. Plenty of room for 4 couples and we loved being able to see out the large picture windows watching the sun set over the Gulf of Poets. The town of Tellaro was magical, with it's restaurants, coastal paths, and natural beauty. Can't wait to come back and enjoy it again in the future!

loved the house and views of the water

four couples had a wonderful stay in Lirici with views of the water from every room! We would recommend this as a perfect get away with easy drive to the train and Cinque Terre towns. We walked into town for coffee and supplies, enjoyed many meals on the terrace, and the host helped us make a reservation to a great restaurant nearby for our first night. Altogether a wonderful experience!

The photos do not do this beautiful property justice. It was the perfect base for our group of friends. The layout is simple, authentic and stylish and the kitchen was very well equipped. The town of Tellaro was a great base with restaurants and gelato. We took the bus to Lerici one day and caught the ferry to cinque terre, which was very easy. But truly the best thing about the property was the lovely garden and the hidden terrace with steps down to the sea. It was such a treat to swim in the deserted bay before breakfast. Thank you for a memorable stay. We will definitely return.

Unbelievable seaside access and views; good house

This is a beautiful property: right on the water, with two patios, swim platform, lush plantings that make it very private, and great views. It’s also in the cute and not touristy town of Tellaro, which we enjoyed. The owner was very responsive (when a faucet broke on a Sunday, he had a new one installed in 3 hours!) The house itself is pretty good,But some baths are not updated, and kitchen could use a refresh. Only real downside: there are 67 steps down to the property. It’s beautiful, but a long way to tote luggage.

This villa is spectacular. It is a secluded paradise separated from the road via stairs (two sets, mostly with railings). Our home’s manager Claudio was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and the Vrbo app. The photos do NOT do this place justice. The water alone is an impossible, nuanced blue. Sunsets were amazing. Tons of incredible plants. Every angle of this property showcases a spectacular photo location. Our family of five travelled with another family of three, so our family stayed in the villa and the other family stayed in the convenience/annex on the property for a minor bump up in charge. The property has tons of spots to explore. For brave swimmers, you can use the property’s water access point to swim to the neighboring public beach, maybe 250m away to the right.The Lerici province of Tellaro was probably my favorite part about this trip. It is a hidden jewel of the Cinque Terre region. Very picturesque, very friendly, with tons of food options, and during our stay ALMOST NO TOURISTS. The neighboring town of Lerici is bigger and more urban, with a lovely castle high on a peninsula. Both towns are accessible via bus or taxi from La Spezia. (Use RadioTaxi. They have regional branches in both Lerici and La Spezia, including vans for groups of 8 & luggage). Lerici/Tellaro charge a regional tax on top of the stay fee, amounting to four Euros per person per day. Make sure to have that amount as cash to leave behind with the keys when you leave.
This is the outdoor deck facing the water on the outer wall of the main house. There are 15+ spots like this dotted throughout the property for relaxing and enjoying everything around you.
Sunsets last a long time and transform throughout the evening, revealing a tableau of different photo and scenic options.

What a view!

This is the ionic Italian Riveria Villa you have been looking for. It is ideally set up for a large party, with fully equipped kitchen. We ate outside and enjoyed the view and the company. The town is quite charming, and we easily found our way around and the provisions we needed as well as quite a few charming and wonderful restaurants. Claudio and Franco were wonderful to work with, and gave us all the support we needed. Thanks for an idyllic week!

Beautiful home overlooking the sea

We recently stayed at this stunning beach house in the Gulf of Poets, and it exceeded all expectations. The property is truly oceanfront, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sound of waves crashing right outside your window. The views are absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic vistas of the ocean that make for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities we needed for a perfect getaway. One of the highlights was being able to walk to town each evening for a wonderful dinner, making the location both tranquil and convenient. If you're looking for a serene escape with amazing views and easy access to local dining, this place is a dream come true.

Misleading

The property has a beautiful view but the trees are rapidly growing into the view line and grounds not well maintained. Had to fight with manager to get the heater on and extra towels. Room very dirty / dusty. Kitchen is very outdated. Toilet seat cracked. First bedroom smelled moldy / possibly sheets not properly dried. Stairs very long and step to access property and we are in shape but exhausted us dragging luggage up and down. Anyone with ANY physical limitations or challenges could not do it. Furniture all very old. Sad as the property could be spectacular but no one is maintaining it properly.

I do not intend to respond to the guest's comment which is obviously false as evidenced by all other exceptional reviews I have received. I have alwais been told that reality is far better than what is eivdenced in the potographs. Anyway, DON’T RENT TO THESE PEOPLE!!! The worst guests I’ve ever had, unpleasant people, and very rude, who created problems by demanding unchievable situations and complaining about everything , even if everything is well highlighted in the announce ( they wanted me to heating even if Italian laws prohibited it and the temperature was mild). They treated me arrogantly and even on the day of arrival they were seriously late forcing the housekeeper waiting for them more than two hours on the road. The day of the departure I paid to people to help them with the luggages but when these people arrived at the villa the guests were left without inform me in advance. I’ve never had problems with anyone, so this situation make me feel really sad. So I don’t recommend them as guests in the most absolute way!!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would recommend it to those seeking a peaceful getaway on the Ligurian Sea. The location is spectacular, with breathtaking views over the Gulf of Poets. The terraces, outdoor spaces, and direct sea access made it easy to relax and enjoy the setting.Our host was responsive throughout our stay. The only challenge was parking. The listed spaces are a short walk from the villa, making loading and unloading luggage difficult, especially for larger groups. We also had to rent a third space in a nearby public lot, and at times our reserved spots were blocked by other cars making it difficult to come and go. While this was outside the host’s control, additional details in the listing would help set expectations. The stairs to the villa are also significant and may be difficult for anyone with mobility concerns, but the incredible setting makes the effort worthwhile.The main house was clean, well maintained, and accurately represented in the photos. The separate dependence was useful for our larger group but is more rustic than the main villa. Including photos of it in the listing would be helpful.Tellaro is an easy walk away and is a charming village with great restaurants, evening strolls, and delicious gelato. The villa is also an excellent base for exploring the Gulf of Poets and Cinque Terre.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stunning location and peaceful atmosphere far outweighed the minor logistical challenges.

Skipped Cinque Terre to Spend Time at House

First, Claudio, the property manager, is awesome! Second, what you can’t tell from the pics is how peaceful this place is. It is better than the pictures. The location, hearing the sound of the waves gently lapping the shore below, and sitting outside watching the sunset - priceless. Telero is a five-minute walk with a handful of bars, restaurants and small markets, as well as an old church and tiny harbor - was worth a walk. Lerici’s harbor and shops were a 30 minute walk. You would do both. It’s a ten minute taxi to catch the ferry to Cinque Terre. Twenty-five minutes to catch the train to Cinque Terre. We were three couples - we prepared a meal one night, hired a chef another, and ate out one night. The dinners there, eaten outside at the Villa as we watched the sun go down we’re the best. We loved the restfulness of the place so much that, instead of going back to Cinque Terre for a second day, we stayed around the house that second day, and walked into town. Be aware that the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, and it is a family’s summer home - Claudio grew up as a child coming here to his grandparents home. It is not fancy, just lovely. But the beds were comfortable enough and the experience was remarkable. Our entire group of six loved it and wished we’d stayed longer. Thank you, Claudio, for allowing us the privilege of staying at your family’s summer home! BTW, we were there in late October and it was perfect!

Stunning villa

This is beautiful property with private beach and with amazing views. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Claudio is an amazing host and even organized for us cinque terre private boat tour that was fabulous, and was able to help us with all our needs, including parking for all our cars. There are many restaurants walking distance and pastry shops near by. I suggest to pack lightly as you would have to carry suitcases down the steps which was not a problem for us. Villa itself is charming and comfortable and WiFi was good. Overall I give this property 5* due to its location, stunning views and its beauty and we are looking forward to come back soon. Thank you Claudio for all your help and timely response to all our needs.

Liegt absolut ruhig, sehr schöne Parkanlage. An- und Abreise völlig problemlos. Wir haben diese Woche am Meer sehr genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen, super Erholungswert. Danke Claudio.

Il meglio della Liguria a Fiascherino

Siamo stati con la nostra famiglia allargata nella belissima casa di Claudio a Fiascherino e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Un posto meraviglioso e molto equipaggiato dalla cucina alla spiaggia. Claudio era fantastico host!! tutto sommato un soggiorno riuscitissimo! voremmo tornare!

I live in Modena about 2 hours by car from Tellaro, in a villa in the countryside with my whole family, and I work in the real estate sector.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My grandfather bought this property in 1960. The property was passed down through the generations. We spent our holiday in the villa since I am a child and the whole family loves this place where every summer we reserve a period for us to spend the holidays together.

The direct access to the sea in a stretch of coastline not accessible to the public, the private beach, the complete tranquility and remoteness from roads and cars, the stunning views of the Gulf of Poets.
