Absolutely amazing! Angelo went above and beyond to provide the BEST hospitality! The suite was at the top of the building with beautiful view from deck! 4 very spacious and comfortable rooms! Washer but no dryer (kind of normal for Italy I think). Angelo gave us extremely valuable info on how best to enjoy cinque terre and it was the best day! Thank you!

Perfect Stay!

The owner was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs! Neighborhood was safe and clean, not far from train station either. Home was clean and well-stocked. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Family vacation

Our host was so friendly and communication was great. They were very flexible with our check-in time and check out.. They also had a lot of information to share with their area that we stayed at. It was very convenient to travel in to go see Cinco Terra.

Short one day stay

Very clean and well appointed. Hosts were very helpful. Access and parking was tight and challenging but hosts were very helpful.

Perfect for our needs. We had 8 adults and fit comfortably. The deck area is a great place to hang out together since it does lack a living area with couches. The host is extremely accommodating and is a wealth of information if you need some ideas of what to see and do. We were a short drive away to the train station in La Spezia where we took the train into CinqueTerre on two days. Very fun!

This property was very comfortable and spacious. The views from the patio are wonderful. Angelo was an amazing host - always responsive and very helpful with recommendations and even ordering food! If you have a car, the location is great; if you have to rely on public transportation, you need to plan a little more carefully. The bus stop is right out front, but they don't run very late from town, and there are few shops within walking distance. It is relatively easy to get to the train station and port (for boat trips).

Absolutely wonderful

We loved this property so much! Angelo is an excellent host. he & his wife met us on arrival & were readily available for any advice or need! The apartment was very clean, so charming, and the views from the roof were amazing. Train station to Cinque Terre stops is just a few minutes away. A lovely experience!

Beautiful property

The property was very spacious and bright. Beautiful views from the terrace. It was very convenient to the bus stop just in front of the building. There was a very nice bar and a supermarket in the building. Angelo was very kind to help us get a taxi after our stay. It also felt very safe. Thank you for your kindness Angelo.

Beautiful apartment in the country surrounded by the sounds of nature! View was breathtaking!! Angelo was a wonderful host providing lots of suggestions for things to do and was available to help in a very timely manner (ordered our pizza for delivery first night, arranged taxi, unclogged a toilet, helped with bus/boat questions via text). VERY comfortable beds and pillows!!!

Beautiful place! Great Hosts!

Angelo and his wife were great hosts for us! We had a group of 12 college kids hoping to travel to Cinque Terre for the weekend. Angelo provided us with a lot of information and made our trip as comforting as possible. The home was very clean and the terrace has magnificent views! We spent most of our nights on the terrace enjoying the view of the city. They answered all our questions within minutes and came over to greet us and make sure we got settled in! I would absolutely stay here again!!

Emma ed il suo gruppo sono stati fantastici !!! Nonostante la loro giovanissima età (mi sono commosso perchè avevano tutti l'età di mio figlio che è lontano da casa per frequentare l'Università a Roma) sono stati precisissimi, puntuali, gentili, rispettosi di noi e della casa, estremamente comunicativi (siamo sempre stati in contatto così ho saputo aiutarli e sapere quando attenderli): Questa è la gioventù di cui ha bisogno il Mondo !! Ragazzi: Grazie di esistere ! Speriamo che gli adulti non riescano a fermarvi mai ! ____________ Emma and her group were fantastic !!! Despite their very young age (I was moved because they were all the age of my son who is away from home to attend the University in Rome) were very precise, punctual, kind, respectful of us and the house, extremely communicative (we are always been in contact so I knew how to help them and know when to wait): This is the youth that the world needs !! Guys: Thanks for existing! We hope that adults can never stop you !

Beautiful apartment with warm and welcoming hosts. We selected this location to stay close to our Cinque Terre boat trip the following morning. The only drawback to this wonderful apartment is that it lacks AC and we arrived later in the day and the hosts had to open all of the storm shutters and windows to cool the apartment when we arrived. We ended up having to leave the windows open all night and the mopeds on the street below were quite loud, so not the best nights sleep. There was a restaurant street level which was very convenient the following morning.

Seven Americanos

Seven of us stayed here as our base for visiting Cinque Terre. We drove to the location which was relatively easy to get to by Italian standards. The host Angelo is a great help when it comes to directions and recommendations. We had no issues as he met our group at check in. The penthouse apartment is as described in the listing. The patio is awesome place to hang out! Our host guided us to an agritourismo restaurant operated by his friend. It was fantastic! Would stay here again!

Comfortable rooms and a great view

This was a great place to stay as we arrived in Italy. We wanted to visit Cinque Terre and were a large group (8 people). Our flights were delayed and Angelo kept in communication and met us when we arrived at midnight. He made good suggestions on how to navigate the ferry and parking. He then kept in communication with us the entire visit. He was extremely helpful. This apartment is great, the only downfall is the noise at night. However, that is out of Angelo's control. It is a city location and the scooters outside remind you that they are there. The other nice thing about this property is the cafe and store on the first floor. The cafe was good. The store had everything you need from fruit and bakery to a deli. They also had travel necessities in case you left something at home. The deck outside of the apartment has a great view.

Great stay!

We were visiting the cinquaterra with our three children for three nights. Angelo and Frederica were very good in making sure ahead of time we had the right coordinates and we were settled in on arrival. They gave us advice on tourism and our stay in the area. We found the appartment to be spottless, very vast, nice marble floors with a great view from the balcony. The barman at the first floor was very friendly and accomodating. Only side note, The appartment had no ac (like most in this area) and the provincial road can be a bit noisy when the windows are open at night, but this is to be expected with a city rental. Good job for a great rental.

Buonviaggio—La Spezia

Our group enjoyed staying just a short way(10 minutes by car or bus) from La Spezia. We had available parking nearby, with bus stop available at the front door of the vrbo. A short 10 minute bus to La Spezia takes you to the ferry! The host was super—very informative, with a lot of knowledge and suggestions for the visit! Molto Bene!!!

Nice clean home, very helpful owner, may be difficult without car

The house is clean and well equipped with a lovely view. The owner is very responsive and nice. The bar below and local market were good to have. We enjoyed breakfasts on the porch both mornings. We were traveling without a car and intending to come home from Cinque Terre after bus hours both evenings, looking for a taxi back from La Spezia station. I am told it is not usual, but it was nearly impossible to find taxis (we called, asked a hotel for help and waited at the taxi stand where we were told). We waited for over an hour and there were other travelers in similar situation. This location would be fine for someone with a car or who intends to come back during earlier hours, otherwise I might advise that you stay someplace within walking distance of train station. Only other issue was that it was quite hot while we were there and it was stuffy to have all the doors/windows closed while sleeping. It would have been lovely to have a cross breeze by having them open, but would be very hard to sleep due to significant road noise below.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Great patio and view! Angelo very helpful and responding to our needs and gave us great information. There is a really good market below with fresh produce and groceries. We also ate at the pizzaria below apartment. They had great cappuccinos! You can take a bus to train station easily to go to the Cinque Terre villages. I highly recommend.

Gracious host with good location and amenities!

Our host was super easy to work with and assisted us in the best ways possible. Good location, comfortable beds, the bathrooms were great, nice kitchen and the local businesses were a bonus. The outdoor space provides great views. The advice on the area was the spot on. Thank you for everything and we hope to return. Felt very fortunate to stay in your home.

What a view!

Just like the photo there is an amazing view from this unit. Our group of seven ladies was busy but we made time to enjoy the deck. There is lots of space for a larger group and Angelo was so accommodating in adding some extra beds for us. Angelo went above and beyond in providing great travel information and with his concern for our lost traveller. The downstairs bar and the local grocery store were very handy and friendly. The bus came regularly ,out front of the building ,to take you downtown and to the train station. A great place to stay away from the bustle of the city.

It was certainly a pleasure to have nice, cooperative and attentive guests like you! I hoped that, after one of you is lost at arrival and my son has come to save her in a few minutes, you still needed us to feel useful to seven proud and active ladies like seven samurai !! Incredible to know that you have come alone to the vestiges of the ancient Romans, only after my advice and without asking for other help, next time I will give you even more suggestions to discover the thousand faces of our land, the customs, the art, the cooking, monuments, history, places ...
