Welcome to your quiet and private retreat in the heart of downtown SF! Centrally located near SOMA, the Convention Center, Ballpark, Dogpatch, and more, this large 1-bedroom apartment offers convenience and comfort.
You'll find everything you need within reach, from shopping at Costco, Target, and Trader Joe's to easy access to freeways and the vibrant Mission District on Market Street.
The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a queen-size mattress, ample closet space, and a TV with Roku. Relax in the sunny furnished living room complete with a fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable couch. The fully furnished kitchen includes a stove, fridge, toaster oven, kettle, and cutlery. Need workspace? Utilize the sunroom or step out onto the small patio for city views.
Flexible rental options are available for corporate stays, students, military personnel, coast guards, and vacationers. Short or mid-term occupancy is welcome, with a maximum of 2 persons allowed. Please contact me for options. Note: Monthly rates and short-term rentals are negotiable. Please contact me.

Additional requests: Please leave the heater on a low setting when leaving.
Turn off all lights, close all windows and lock all doors.
Please empty out the fridge completely and take down trash before your departure. Please place it in any empty trash popcontainer on the street.
Place all used towels and sheets/ blankets in a pile on the bed.
Please Leave the key on the table and lock the door behind you. Thank you for staying.
