Set on two peaceful acres at the end of a quiet cove, this home includes a sandy beach, gentle grassy slope, private dock, hot tub, game room, outdoor entertainment areas, and on-site boat and jet ski rental options. The home sleeps 14 guests across three spacious levels and offers a rare combination of privacy, water access, and activities for all ages. Exterior security cameras face the driveway, dock, lower patio, and back of the home for guest safety. No indoor areas are monitored.


WATERCRAFT RENTALS (MUST READ)

Boat and jet ski rentals are optional and handled separately. Rentals require:
- advance reservation
- separate rental agreement
- signed liability waiver
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to operate watercraft.
