ÉNORME Master Suite avec écran de projection de 100 ", 5 suites, chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants. Cuisine complète, (2) bars, (4) cheminées, salle de billard. (4) Téléviseurs HD 65 pouces / Musique à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Piscine privée chauffée avec grand canapé pour se détendre. Très privé! Vues incroyables sur le lac avec bain à remous privé! Foyer encastré, grand hangar à bateaux et quai et comprend un bateau ponton de 24 pieds avec la location! (Valeur de 1850 $). L'escapade parfaite pour les familles, les couples, les célébrités et les fans de football de Clemson!(Un court trajet en voiture du stade). This house is amazing! The locals call it the Miami Vice house, which is spot-on. That said, the decor is dated, also spot-on . Everything is clean and pretty well-maintained. The kitchen is very well-stocked with extras of everything. Multiple refrigerators, bars upstairs and down. Plenty of room for our group of 14 to spread out as needed, with room to spare. This house is big we had trouble figuring out all the light switches!Outdoor spaces are absolutely amazing: main level deck with chairs, tables, cushions, grill, and a lovely bubbling brook leading down to the pump house/hot tub area. Beautiful mature landscaping with plenty of shade. Gorgeous pool deck with umbrellas and hot tub (needed some work on the jets). Huge dock with room for additional watercraft (rentals worked out great for our group, aside from some maintenance issues that were handled quickly). The view absolutely cannot be beat. Location is excellent (our favorite lake by far; we have purchased a lot here!), and only 5 minutes from an extremely well-stocked Dollar General (groceries, produce, etc) and 15 minutes from Publix or Ingle’s.

Property is extremely dated, which you can pick up on from the pictures. But, it has a serious ant problem and has not been cared for. The beds and linens were clean and comfy. Worst pillows I've ever had in my life. Lots of broken blinds that didn't work, and left a disheveled appearance. They didn't provide ANY Kleenex, or shower amenities-which in my experience is very odd? The flooring had a lot of inconsistencies that made it a bit dangerous for the older people in our party. The property is beautiful, and access to the lake is outstanding. It wasn't a bad stay, it just really didn't meet our needs, or standards.

Great time at the “Estate on the Lake”

Immediate and extended family get together. Enjoyed ourselves and the house immensely!The weather could have been more cooperative but we still managed to engage the boat and jet skis…highly recommend!

Beyond words!!

Not sure where to start. This house was beyond amazing. There was nothing missing. Normally I have to bring big kettles with me in order to cook for 20 people but this kitchen was equipped with that and much, much more. The house itself was beyond amazing. The pool, the hot tub, the lake, the pantoon belt and the jet skis, we're a big hit. The boat and the jet skis were so easy to rent. They're already there at the property. All you have to do is make a phone call and they show up and get you going on the water. We had plenty of room for all 20 of us with the bedrooms with the private baths and the multiple dining room tables. The views are just incredible. I don't know what else to say. This property is just magnificent and the response from the owner was unmatched. As soon as we needed something somebody was there to take care of us. We will definitely be back.beback. Thank you so much.

Beautiful property

House is huge with modern architecture. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Quick response from host. Lake is beautiful. Lots of different spaces inside and out to relax or watch TV. Unfortunately hot tub was out of order during our stay. The house just needs a little TLC to reach perfection.

Great location but Renter BEWARE!

Railings on loft & deck not to code/unsafe. Careful if you have kids! Soft spots on deck covered by carpet. Tub in main bed does not plug/work. Maintenance answer "yeah that motor burned out & doesn’t work". The hot tub does not heat "yeah its not been working". We debated on sending a message & suggesting they take care of items instead of this review. Everyone deserves a chance to make it right. Great location & if items were handled we would book again. We got a message from Nick blaming him for damage to the bottom of a jetski rented. We never brought them out of the water, we could not see the condition they were in prior. They were only ran on water & docked. We have asked him to provide evidence that they were not in this condition when rented. He has not. We sent time stamped pics of when we docked & put keys in their place. I have pics of them sitting covered & in place late Thur night still docked & covered, he is saying we left them uncovered & 1 floating off the dock. We always respect where we stay.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Its such a wonderful home to gather family and friends. It was a three day retreat with a wedding in the end. Two families got to meet and become friends. Amenities are great...jet skis, pontoon boat, kayaks, beautiful outdoors with a 180 view of the lake. It worked out just as we planned. Perfect place to get away. We are planning on gathering the same group next Sept there.

Amazing space for family and friends gathering!

This property was laid out in beautifully functional way for a large group. Entertaining was a breeze as was finding a secluded place in the middle of a big crowd. Being able to include the four legged family members was a huge bonus. The pool was clean and thoroughly enjoyed even in spotty weather . The property is older and could use a deep clean but the beds were clean and comfortable and all bath areas were clean.We enjoyed the boat and wished it had navigation lights for an evening cruise… Overall. We enjoyed our stay in this house and would stay here again.
