As a recommendation, the bathrooms and kitchen could be cleaned better. The house is spacious and very nice. The owner is very attentive.

Huge house in nice neighborhood

The neighborhood has a nice pool, small playground, and half basketball court. Easy access to highway and not too far from Augusta.

We had a celebration of life to go to in this town so the location was perfect for us. The house was very spacious and nice. The host left snacks and coffee pods which was very nice. The pool is a few blocks away and we did enjoy using it. I would suggest a clean sponge or dish towel be available for cleaning light dishes.

It was a great week!

We were in town for work and rented this house for the week. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and fit our needs perfectly! The host was very prompt with responding to anything that we needed for checking in and out! We highly recommend this property!

House was perfect for what we needed. Host left us games and snacks for the entire stay. House could have been cleaner but I'm guessing thats the cleaning crews fault not the owner. They stayed in constant contact and were great hosts!

Great stay overall

The house was great and the host provided very clear instructions. The house was well stocked, better than many I have stayed in. My only complaint was the size of the beds. It listed the house as being able to sleep 8, but unless its a couple, most beds could not be shared. The futon in the upstairs den is quite uncomfortable, and we had someone choose to sleep on the floor instead.

I am glad you had a great visit, but am so sorry the size of the beds were not to your satisfaction. There are two queens and two fulls, and one twin. For anyone else wondering. I thought this was in the home description, but if not, I will update.

Very good location and quiet. I would recommend it for large family. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bedding was cheap, flimsy microfiber material. After stripping the beds upon leaving, the mattress covers had stains on them.The house overall is well maintained. Equiped with new appliances. However, there was no coffee pot and iron. The bedrooms are scantly furnished. I would suggest some chairs to sit when getting dressed. The bathrooms were clean.Lots of snacks and games were presented nicely in the kitchen area which was connected to a large family room furnished comfortably with a big tv. Very nice place to stay

Thank-you for the feedback! I am glad the bathrooms were clean. Coffee pot has been replaced and there is an iron now too! I thought there was one before, but anyway, there is now! I hope to get some chairs for the bathrooms in the near future. Come and stay again when you are able!

We love the openness and multiple bedrooms giving us each space for ourselves while we were on our trip. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood was nice. The property definitely could have been a little cleaner but overall it was reasonably clean. And they offer a full range of snacks and coffees however we couldn't locate the Keurig... But in defense of the property owner I also did not reach out with any questions and she told me I could. First tons of games for the kids/family to play, andccess to two TVs. The backyard is enormous and has a grill which we didn't have a chance to use because of our short stay. But I would definitely book this property again my entire family kept saying how beautiful this house was and they wish they lived in this house. It is very lovely and the hostess was definitely kind and communicated with us.

Upon arrival the floors needed to be swept and mopped. The linens were mismatched. The towels were old and dirty looking and also mismatched. The house itself was starkly furnished with and although some of the furnishings were good some were very old and dirty and in need of repair. Also many pictures were missing and you empty nails marked the spots where they used to be hung. Overall the house, although somewhat recently built, was cold and echoed horribly. We would not return to this property.

So sad to hear it! I usually get 10/10 reviews. I have never heard an echo! I have new bedding, simply due to your feedback, as I live in TX and it is hard for me to have perfect eyes and ears on every aspect of the home. I have a cleaner is being meticulous about cleaning now, so feel free to come back! All the furniture is within 2 years old! So brand new and all the appliances are too. Furthermore, it is a smart home, with a pool, playground, and basketball court, as well as grill, patio furniture, and huge backyard! Enough to please most people!

Dirty, unhygienic, and smells

As we entered the house we experienced dirty floor; dirt and food waste was on the floor! As we went to look at the bedrooms, we experienced smell of pet urine / waste- the smell was unbearable, as we entered bathroom we saw dirty clothes on the sink, bloddy underware on the sink! One bedroom didnt have bed, other bedrooms had unwashed bedsheets and blankets- seemed like some was leaving there and left just 10 mins before we arrived- also the house was locked ! Owner clamed they spent $2000 for our stay but that was a lie as that is not what we saw !

The floor and carpet was cleaned, also I offered to send in another cleaning crew. You declined. The $2,000 was for a new couch to accommodate your crew that was over the allotted people to stay. The sheets and mattresses were clean and fresh. Please do not leave reviews that are just not true. Sometimes people don’t clean up after a stay, and that is why I offered to send in a better cleaning crew. The bedroom that didn’t have a bed was also pictured on the home photos that you simply did not bother viewing. I had people come in after you left and they said the home looked clean and ready. There are some marks on the walls from the dog. But they are also getting removed. It is not urine, but red South Carolina clay and it stains. I also wanted you of this fact before your stay. Peaceful Stay

Lovely home in a safe happy neighborhood. Many neighbors took evening walks. There is a pool, not certain when it opens for the season but all in all the neighborhood is pleasant. The house was clean and very large. This would be a great stay for a large family as there are actually 5 beds! Tones of room and a large, social kitchen to make meals. One thing I loved is this neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I would totally recommend booking this house and if I had my family it would have been perfect. This time it was just the two of us. We a hiccup on check in, no codes received prior, but our host was great and easily to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. We are older busted Marines so we stayed here mostly for the hot tub, yard and exercise bike. Which unfortunately did not work out for our stay. We needed them for pain management not for pleasure. So If I am honest I would have booked something else if I had known the following: The hot tub was drained, being removed and the exercise bike was MIA. The back yard while fenced in is a fish bowl to several neighbors. This is a new neighborhood with really no trees or large shrubbery. The bed was very comfortable and clean. For yoga buffs there is plenty of floor space to stretch both upstairs and downstairs. There were stocked amenities. Board games, toiletries, kitchen basics making the stay easy breezy. Yes I would recommend this stay especially for larger families.

I took those pictures off the vrbo home listing, as they were not functioning as well as I liked, and were a possible hazard if anyone were to get injured. I am glad you were able to stretch and walk instead.

Hello! We are a former military family and enjoy this area for its peace and quiet, but also close access to Aiken and Augusta, Atlanta and Columbia (an hour to 2 away).
