Kitchen & Dining Make meals easy in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with cookware, barware, coffee and tea. The dining table as well as bar seating seats your group comfortably for family meals or game night.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed and smart TV, offering comfort and privacy for couples or visiting relatives.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and smart TV with an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, smart TV and generous storage for a restful retreat after a day of adventures in Augusta.

Bedroom 4: Bunk bed – ideal for kids or friends sharing space.

The main bath features a tub/shower combo for a soothing soak, designed with families in mind.

The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower, making morning routines a breeze. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with toiletries so you can pack light.

Don’t forget your fur babies, they’re family too! While the kids and your pup play safely in the fenced-in yard, fire up the grill for a family meal or gather around the firepit.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy access with a key code sent to them prior to their arrival. This will allow for the guest to check-in at their own pace. We have an owner's closet that the guests do not have access to within the living room.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is conveniently and centrally located in Augusta, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, parks and attractions. With Downtown Augusta a short drive away, there are lots of restaurants and shops to explore.



Getting Around:

Augusta National (5 minute drive): Enjoy your time playing golf or watching the Masters

Augusta Riverwalk (8 minute drive): Hike and explore nature around the Savannah River while enjoying gardens, fountains and sculptures

Augusta Market at the River (8 minute drive): This open-air market offers local crafts, produce, and food vendors to enjoy along the Riverwalk.



Other Things to Note:

We are a family and pet-friendly property. Amenities available to make your stay stress-free include: Pack’ n Play, plastic cups and plates, extra sheets and board games. We’ve added a few extra touches to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible:

Family-friendly: Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and board games.

Pet-friendly: Fenced backyard, food & water bowls, and an extra towel for muddy paws make traveling with pets stress-free

Thoughtful extras: We stock the home with plenty of essentials (paper towels, trash bags, coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) so you can pack light and feel right at home from the moment you arrive.



Please note that if you are booking your stay with us during the Augusta Masters Week (meaning the three days of practice rounds, the Wednesday Par 3 Contest and the four days of competitive play) our cancelation policy is Firm at 90 days for the reservation. Additionally, if you need to cancel before that 90 days, we will refund the full amount with the exception of the amount that is charged by our third party payment processor to send the refund back.
