Belle maison 3B / 2BA Wellfleet avec un porche fermé, une terrasse et des vues. Le premier niveau offre une chambre avec un lit queen et un plan d'étage ouvert avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger, et un salon avec des portes à la véranda. Le deuxième niveau comprend un coin salon avec une petite télévision à écran plat, la chambre principale avec un lit queen-size et des portes menant à une terrasse privée, ainsi qu'une autre salle de bain complète et une troisième chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Love the location of this house! Cleanliness wise, it was good, but could be better. The floor felt like it hasn't been mopped or swept. And there was barely any paper towel left, and they didn't have more in stock. With that said, it was still a pleasant stay.

Reviewer Comments: Weloved being able to walk to the bay and to sit and read on the upper deck attached to the master bedroom while grandkids played on the front deck. We are accustomed to better equipped kitchens and better working appliances but managed to still enjoy good meals in the screened in porch.

Our Annual Week in Wellfleet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great layout, ideal for families. Clean rooms, counters and floors, but less-well maintained than prior years: Several (4) light bulbs out, garbage/trash overflowing, dirty fry pans stored in oven (!), food mashed into porch carpet, chairs and sofa stained. Overgrown outside. Still, we love it and look forward to next year!

We truly value your input, and we are pleased to hear that you found our property's layout to be suitable for families and that the rooms, counters, and floors were clean. However, we are sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay. Your feedback and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Garbage pickup is on Wednesdays so regrettably there is overlap between guests checkout on Saturdays. We acknowledge that Saturday trash pick up would be optimal and we are exploring this possibility. The state of the porch carpet, stained chairs, and sofa is also disappointing, and we have addressed these issues with the homeowner who assures us the cleaning service has resolved this as well as the lightbulbs. The homeowner has acknowledged that the outdoor area is not landscaped and will consider arranging for someone to clear some overgrown vegetation. We have reviewed our records, and unfortunately we did not receive any communication from you regarding the issues mentioned in your review. In the future, we kindly request that guests reach out to us as soon as possible, allowing us the chance to promptly rectify any issues to ensure a more enjoyable stay for all our guests. We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our guests, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us achieve that goal. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to another Cape Cod vacation in the future.

The twin beds were a bit annoying because of the angled ceiling but not a big deal. The thing that really could use improvement is the kitchen supplies. There were no dish towels, trivets or oven mitts. Pots and lids were a bit mismatched. No measuring spoons. No tongs. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Would be helpful to know these are things to bring since it is generally assumed this are provided.

Perfect location and home

The house was the perfect place for us to enjoy time by the bay and get to ocean beaches. Loved having the porches, outdoor shower and well stocked kitchen. Clean and convenient.

A very quiet neighborhood with nice walks to the bay. Great location to access the ocean and bay within a few minutes. Great sunsets at Indian neck beach.
