Infants and Children:
• We welcome your little ones! Please notify us in advance if you’re traveling with children and their ages. We can provide a pack & play with linens, high chair, children’s plates, cups, utensils, and an infant bathtub insert upon request. While the space is child-friendly, it is not guaranteed to be baby-proof or child-proof. Please supervise your children, especially around the pool area.
Trash:
• Trash and recycling cans are located on the west side of the house. Trash days are outlined in the house manual. Guests do not need to bring trash to the curb.
Damage:
• We understand accidents happen. If something breaks, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for replacements. Reporting damage won’t affect your review; we appreciate your honesty.

• The owners do not assume liability for loss, theft, damage, injury, or death to persons or personal property. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love S Palm Desert—we wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and stores and yet have home with a pool. We have Mountain View’s from every side and know many of our neighbors! We lived in this home for three years before moving back to the city!

It’s not your traditional mid-century home—we’ve tried to embrace and accentuate the Spanish culture and tradition of our family and the home. It has original Satillo (Mexican) tiles throughout the home (look close and you’ll see some paw prints).
We’re working to make it a sanctuary with light and grounding colors, and a budding garden.
