Amazing Location and Views

Overall the property is in great shape. The grounds are updated and very well maintained. The pool is great, a few steps to the beach etc. The room was as advertised. The property has amazing views off the front balcony and the rear balcony. You can see the beach and Cocoa pier to the south, to the north you have more ocean views, views of the port and all the cruise ships, and amazing views of the space center. We watched a rocket launch from Kennedy and my other watched it from the balcony. Her views were way better. You can clearly see all the launch pads. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and I would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment

We were very happy with our stay -- great communication with the agency renting, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and awesome large heated pool. Also friendly neighbors.

Perfect Oceanfront Stay

Clean and comfortable! Family of 6 had an amazing stay! Owner was extremely helpful and all the details about our stay were very clearly given to us ahead of time. The owner went above and beyond to help us with our grocery order and the need for an air mattress. We walked in to a clean and beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean, pool, and cruise ships. Everything we needed to get to was super convenient. Police station in the same neighborhood, we felt very safe. The extra storage room full of beach gear made the ocean experience amazing! Such a great idea, we didn’t have to purchase or lug anything around they thought of everything. The condo was also stocked more than any of our other stays. They had the same brand name shampoo and body wash we use at home and big containers not cheap off brand small sizes. There was extra bags and paper towels too. Beds were comfortable and overall the whole stay was great. Would highly recommend. The neighbors next door live there and are very nice and helpful too.

Great host & Beautiful condo

Elise went above & beyond to make our vacation a memorable one! Beautiful updated condo that overlooks the pool & beach. A nice walk to the pier, great restaurants & if you're lucky to see a rocket launch!! We will definitely be back.
