Super nice townhouse with plenty of space. Comfy and felt right at home. Great amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Hosts were great. Easy access to shopping and restraunts. Would definately stay here again.

Loved this home. It was cozy, clean, well decorated, and stocked with all the extras one might need for the beach or cooking meals at home. Host was welcoming and kind, even alerting us to events in the area that were of interest to us. We will definitely stay here again!

Great, relaxing vacation

This property is rated A in our opinion!It is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and there is nothing that the owners haven't thought about to make available to renters who enjoy their home. The owners were SO easy to communicate with and they were so responsive any time we reached out to them. Very short walk across the street to the beach and the pool is right outside the back of the home ---- 3 steps from the garage! Absolutely a wonderful place to stay and we'd love to stay again when we are in the NSB area! - Kim (June 2025)

Wonderful stay

This house was just beautiful! We had a great time staying here and the pool was right outside the garage! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Dennis, Adia, and Donnie were very easy to communicate with. I couldn't have been any happier with this experience! Thank you!!

We can’t stop talking about how AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL this home was. They had everything you can image needed for the perfect getaway. The home was unbelievably clean and so much thought was placed in items you would need for vacation. From beach items to everything in the kitchen. Comfy beds and soft towels. Sunscreen to coffee/tea pods. The apple cider was amazing and so delicious. Games and binders with every detail about the home and NSB. The decor and even beautiful paintings from the owner are on every wall. We felt at home and comfortable the moment we opened the door. The host was available from booking to check out and was so kind and friendly. We even had a welcome basket with goodies and a hand written card upon our arrival. We will ABSOLUTELY book again with this amazing couple and can’t wait to return. If you are looking for a beautiful home away from home with all the special touches and amazing hosts - stop scrolling and book it NOW!!!!

This property is about the nicest that we have yet to visit.Everything at the unit was available from siverware to surf boards. A very nice surprise gift was waiting upon our arrival. Reminded us of past cruises when we arrived.This unit is pet friendly, so our little 18 month puppy was happy with the grassy surrounding at the property.

This is an outstanding property that is very clean and whose owners are very responsive to any questions. The kitchen is well stocked and every bathroom has plenty of towels and soap. It is located in an ideal location in New Smyrna Beach and within five minute walk to the beach. There are multiple places to shop and eat within 10 minutes. My family and I have been using VRBO for over a decade and these owners are the most responsive and pleasant that I have dealt with. This is now the place I will always try to stay when visiting my in-laws.

Outstanding Rental

The property was outstanding! The property was accurately described, well maintained and clean. The owners were responsive and super friendly. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay great. The rental had the best kitchen supplies, outstanding supplies of items for the beach, great supply of towels and bedding. The rental was located close to the beach, which was perfect for our family. Great information provided on local attractions and restaurants. Cannot say enough great things about the rental property! Definitely a FIVE star rental!

We had a lovely time with our family. The property literally had everything we needed or forgot to bring! The 300 piece puzzle options were a highlight, we finished 4!

We loved our stay in New Smyrna! The Duplex was immaculate with a perfect location and a pool right outside the front door. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or small appliance that could be needed. The 2 coffee makers (Keurig and a standard drip) were perfect for our needs. Dennis was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Just and all around great experience!
