Had everything we needed. Was very clean. The bar accross the street is a little noisy in the front bedroom, but it gets manageable after 10pm. Would stay again, great location.

Unit was adorable and clean and nice mattresses. It was VERY well stocked. Great access to the beach and to ice cream, coffee, & restaurants. My only complaint was the view- they were doing construction on the building directly in front of us, so it was an eye sore, especially the Porta-Potty and dumpsters.

Absolutely perfect for my family of 4. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, beach towels - all included and made our stay enjoyable and stress free. Condo was beautifully updated and spotless when we arrived. Felt like another home for us. Just steps from the beach made this a great location.

Great place !!!

We had one of our best vacations ever, also thanks to our stay at the this property. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a confortable stay. It's very close to the beach and had all utensils (chairs, umbrellas...) you need for several people to enjoy the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Indian Rocks and we would love to come back again!

Fabulous Rental

We absolutely loved this unit! It is very spacious and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed for our stay. There was a view of the ocean and less than one minute walk to the sand! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Myself and 3 friends stayed at your Beachside Villa 104a and had a great time! Beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked along with the beach locker that had plenty of beach chairs and two umbrellas. Easy walk to the beach! Great pizza place is close by and also a little beach bar directly across the street. Condo was very clean
I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a beautiful villa! Pictures look exactly like villa. Best stocked kitchen I've ever rented! The extra beach items are a huge asset! Just add groceries and its the perfect location for a great beach vacation! Beach was beautiful

Lovely property. The unit was extremely well equipped for the beach, lots of beach chairs umbrellas, wagon, coolers that made a day at the beach perfect. Also it’s a quick 2 minute walk to get on the beach. Beds were comfortable kitchen had everything you need including great pots, pans, and every utensil you could possibly need. 2 minor repairs came up while we were there and were quickly taken care of that day. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay.

The condo is beautiful!! We had a wonderful girls weekend...my daughter, a great friend and me! VERY clean, stunning beach decor, colors, & had everything we needed & more. Excellent location, just a few steps to the beach. The trolley was awesome! Never had to get in our car all weekend. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping or take the trolley. The only negative that we were not aware of was (and it will be temporary) due to the construcion/remodeling of the VRBO in front of us, we had an unacceptable view (port-a-let, dumpster, mobile storage unit, & graffiti type markings on the bldg.I'm not sure (Sandy Feet) the Management Team was aware of the very unpleasant view from our balcony. Thank you to Sandy Feet, who replied immediately to any questions! YOU were outstanding!! We will definitely rent one of your properties again. We created an amazing memory. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay!

Our stay at this place was amazing and exactly as advertised and more! So clean and supplied/equipped with everything you’d have at home or on the beach! Thank you for thinking of all the little details and our family of 5 fit and slept perfectly in this cozy, amazing unit. Proximity to the beach, sun, sunsets, breakfast/coffee places, pickleball park, bars and fantastic restaurants was so close and all within a 2 minute walk or less. Definitely recommend the SandyFeet VR management team and this unit.
